If you want quality service this is the place to go. I’ve been bringing my truck here for several years now and have had no issues. If they say they are getting you in on Friday then they are. They are quality mechanics so don’t expect bargain rates, however you get what you pay for. Good service and quality work. I highly recommend. I mechanic on heavy equipment and I continuously bring my personal vehicles here because they do such great work!

Great experience with these guys! 2012 duramax cp4 fuel pump grenaded, as is apparently all-too-common with this model year. They were extremely helpful during my initial distress call, listening carefully to the symptoms i described and even going so far as to gimme a list of things to check on my own to confirm the nature of the problem before bringing it to the shop. Sadly, their suspicions were confirmed… metal shavings circulated through the entire fuel system. In she goes for major surgery… They gave me a very detailed quote, and were very patient in spending a LOT of time on the phone with me as i tried to nickel-&-dime it to pieces. I mean, $11.5k (ish) is a lot of money right?!! Surely we can cut some corners and ease my pain, yeah?!! Turns out, owning a diesel is expensive when things don’t go your way… and that’s just how it is. After talking with Mack & the guys at length about their proposed repair plan, i came to understand & appreciate that they were going to do the job right, or not at all. I didn’t pay $11,500 to get my truck out of the shop… i paid $11,500 to make sure it doesn’t have to go back. These guys are professionals with integrity. They’ve earned my business and referrals in the future. Thank you, gentleman…

I've brought my vehicle in for a few small fixes that I wasn't able to figure out myself. Each visit they had a fantastic turnaround time and had it fixed the same day. The pricing is always reasonable and the work is well done and professional. I don't have to worry about being scammed with additional costs when I come here and will certainly be returning the next time I need maintenance work.

I watched one of their mechanics give 4 hours of free labor to a customer because the mechanic forgot to add the time into the initial estimate. Of course the customer (despite claiming he didn't want to get anything "for free") accepted the free labor. The shop had no reason to do that other than pure integrity, which is rare in a competitive industry. On top of that, they fixed an issue with our commercial truck super fast and for an incredibly fair price.

Best professionalism and integrity I have seen year to date from this Veteran Own Company. Had an issue with my 2006 F250SD alternator and charging system and these professionals fixed it in record time (1.5hrs) while I waited. They even checked my batteries and cleaned the terminals for free!! Matt and Brandon are simply amazing and trustworthy Veterans. You will not be taken for a ride from this company. I highly recommend this company if you want to get your vehicle fixed right.
