Shades of Catalina

I was about to buy four of their overpriced shot glasses for my sister and was sending her a video of them so she could select which model she would like when one of the owner ladies rudely told me that no video was allowed in the store. Also, when we entered the store, the same lady was clearly uncomfortable with my group speaking Portuguese inside and walked away rolling her eyes. So impolite and xenophobic!

Shop was really cool and convenient. Don’t believe the bad reviews about this place, the lady was friendly and not rude at all. Everything is more expensive on an island especially considering it is the only vape shop in the area. Really sad to see the bad reviews on the owner of the shop cause she was actually super cool.

Thanks for the great cigar box ukulele! I really appreciated your professionalism and trust while trying out instruments. You were very patient and attentive. Now I have exactly the right ukulele for me and everyone tells me how nice it sounds. It even made it back safe to France! All the best to my uke buddy and crew.

This place sells THC Products, but not to adults with medical cards! Do not believe the positive reviews, the older woman at the counter is rude, even when you are friendly and try to ask a question.

Can't tell you what the shop is like as I was chased out for being on a video call. I travel for work and shop with my girlfriend on video calls so she can shop along with me... Evidently not here, which is strange as it's a pretty standard souvenir shop. There is nothing special or fancy from the brief glance I had, certainly nothing worth that level of protection...

Uncommonly rude, the women working there is awful to everyone. Yelp reviews are very low and tell a different story. Clearly the angry shop owner did something to hide the honest reviews. Dont be fooled she will verbally abuse you up provoked.

Already saw a few reviews along the same lines as mine but the woman working at the front of the store needs a serious attitude adjustment. She was very rude and cold to the point that I walked out of the store without purchasing anything. Customer service clearly isn’t her strong suit…

We went to Catalina to explore during our vacation I was wandering around the store and the lady that opened today 6/21 was very rude and un inviting. Some other guest needed help and she was so rude and yelling like “DO YOU NEED SOMETHING?” And rolling her eyes.
