I was skeptical in the beginning because I was looking for a different brand of dump trailer. James informed me of the benefits of the Diamond C. He was very professional and sold me over the telephone. When I saw the trailer I was very impressed. Very heavy duty better than what I was imagining. Over all a great experience with Valley trailer and James. I would recommend him to anybody who's looking for a trailer. Hes fair and very knowledgeable. Can't say enough, very satisfied.

Where do I start? James is a top notch salesman. He was very patient with all of our questions and answered them all in a timely manner. He was there for us through the whole process of buying our new Diamond C trailer. He did great on the pricing of it also. We will be going back to him for our next trailer. Thanks a bunch James. 5 stars on the whole experience, service, pricing, professionalism and the list goes on.

If I could give more stars, I would! James is amazing! He is kind, prompt and professional! My husband and I looked for 3 months for a 20ft trailer here in San Diego. We had looked for new and used. Dealerships either didn’t have our size and never called back. We could have ordered one at a much higher price that still would not be to us for 4-6 weeks. The used ones we found were over priced and not of good quality.... I stumbled upon James at Valley Trailer by pure chance. But we hit the jackpot with him and his company!!! I first reached out via email on a Saturday, I got a response by Sunday and by Wednesday we had our brand new trailer delivered! I am a bit of a spectic when it comes to doing anything via email and I do not like to purchase without seeing the product. But, James sent pictures and answered all of my questions. We chose to have the trailer delivered since we are in San Diego. The brand new trailer with delivery was a way better deal than even some of the used trailers we saw and definitely a better price than any of the brand new ones we could have ordered! Meeting James was a pleasure! He was very professional and a great business man! Like I said, I would give more “stars” if I could! He is highly recommended!

Overall had a great experience with my purchase. This is what you can expect when you purchase a trailer from this business establishment: lots of trailer variety in size and color, honest businessman, competitive prices (he was able give me a lower price against 3 dealers one local and two from San Diego), very close to home so it is a good conveinence and finally he has experience in the field so he won't sell you something you don't need... Highly reccomended and it's worth stopping by, I was not disappointed (10/10)
