Ann Taylor Factory Store

Ann Taylor Factory Store in the San Francisco Premium is one of my favorite women's clothing store in the outlet. Why is it? Because they are one of the few shops that carry petite sizes. Actually they have a dedicated petite section which is pretty large. The clothes are clearly sized and labeled. The styles are current and not matronly. They have a good mix of formal work wear, casual work wear, casual leisure wear, and accessories.

Ann taylor is my new favorite store. This location has good collection and friendly staff who keep checking up and help you get different sizes. You appreciate this help when you are shopping alone.

Bad customer service. They couldn’t find my rewards point with my member id and they seemed to have fumbled it. So my purchase was never applied with rewards point. I’ve been to other Ann Taylor store and factory outlet and they could always apply points towards my purchase.

Bad customer service. The Indian lady told me rudely that no drink in the store. I asked if anywhere I can place my drink so I can shop around. She pointed to the floor said I can put my drink here but not on the counter nor the shelf. Why would I put my drink on floor?! That’s hella dirty. Very bad shopping experience. I would not recommend to shop here.

The entire store in peak Memorial Day weekend only has two very slow check out person. Almost no one is helping shoppers and you can hardly find anyone to answer your question, find different sizes etc. there are huge lines in check out and fitting room, 15-20 people each line. This is not acceptable.

Was excited to visit Ann Taylor in the outlets @ Livermore , to my surprise it was a bad experience , the employee who was Asian was totally rude and hesitated to assist me , don’t understand why they hire people when they know it’s customer service at its Best. , just terrible customer service

I stopped in here as a last ditch effort to find a business suit and was blown away by the selection and quality! The staff was friendly and helpful and made this shopping experience wonderful. On top of it, almost every item I purchased was on sale. I will definitely be back for future purchases!

I stood around in here for an hour while my mom tried on clothes. It was pretty nice. A bench or seating fixture would be good near the dressing room but oh well, I got out alive.4G doesn't seem to work in the store and there's no store internet so I was really bored. I'm giving 5 stars because my mom found a lot of stuff she liked and I was drawn to many pieces too even though it's not typically my style.
