Pésimo servicio el señor que vende en el suami de chino en el puesto E 30 es tan arrogante. Contesta mal ami amiga le contesto muy mal y mi amiga le iso una buena compra .ella ya queria dejar las flores por el mal servicio pero ya tenia pedido y no pudo regresarlas ..pero muy mal servicio sino quiere vender mejor q se quede en su casa .contesta mal y no da buen servicio no lo recomiendo pra nada así que sino quieres pasar mal rato mejor no bayas..

La verdad que son muy inresponsables ordene un arreglo para graduación y yo estaba listos Que mal servicio y la señora igual le no le importo desir pues espera Última ves que voy allí

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Andy's Flowers (A’s Roses) IG: Andyflowers.dtla and wanted to share my honest review. I placed a significant order for my mom's memorial, expecting a beautiful floral arrangements, but was left disappointed. Firstly, I found their prices to be quite high for the quality of work they delivered. The arrangement I received fell short of my expectations and did not resemble what was promised. It was disheartening to see such a significant event not given the attention and care it deserved. Moreover, the unprofessionalism displayed by the florist and their staff was truly disappointing. Communication was lacking, the lady owner I believe was very rude and it seemed like there was a lack of attention to detail in their work. I strongly encourage you to explore other florists in the area. Your special occasions deserve the best, and unfortunately, Andy's Flowers did not meet those standards in my experience. By the way this is the second time we give this florist a chance. Never again.

I came to this place because it had a variety of flowers. I chose to go with the lady at suite H she is on the left side when you’re walking towards the back of the building. showed her a picture of what I wanted the arrangements to look like and went over the quantity of arrangements needed and the types of flowers wanted she was quick to agree and say this was her specialty at took the first payment of $500. This was 6 weeks before the event, as the event got closer I was beginning to get worried because I was unsuccessful in connecting with her since she wouldn’t answer any phone calls called a month before the wedding to check on things no answer. Two days before the wedding she called and said she would have everything ready by Friday 3pm. I was there Friday at 3pm and nothing was ready, she didn’t even know what the order consisted of even after speaking about it two days prior! After repeating the order she didn’t have the flowers need or the vases she had to barrow them from other vendors. Since she didn’t have the flowers needed she painted some but this only cause the paint to also splatter and leave spots all over the other flowers in the arrangements. Paid the remainder of the money. The only reason I paid was because the event was the next morning and I didn’t want to get left with nothing. Very disappointed and stressful situation.

Horrible horrible experience at this place!!!! I went to look for flowers and the short girls that work there offered me the best service and they offered delivery service. I ordered arrangements for the chapel for my daughter’s quinceañera. I was supposed to get the arrangements at 9:30 am for a 10:30 mass, the arrangements were delivered at 11:06 almost at the end of the ceremony. I told the driver to take them back and when I called the place to ask for my money back, they told me that it wasn’t their fault that the flowers were late because of the driver. The driver told me that he had to wait because the arrangements were not ready. After a few phone calls, they agreed to refund me half of the money, it’s almost one week and I’m still waiting for my money. Every time I call they give me bs, like the owner is not here, come back later because we don’t have money now. I will never go back to this place again

I would give no stars but thats not an option here, this place was supposed to deliver flowers for my dads funeral service and NEVER sent anything! Never even called me! I called and the lady who answered was extremely rude, was condescending and overall extremely unprofessional. She said come pick up your money because I didn't send them. I went the next day, and tried to explain the hurt that i experienced having to bury my father with no arrangements. She was again rude and yelled at me, so Ofcourse I yelled back. She threw the money on the table and told me to get out. Her son proceeded to tell me Im poor and to get out. This place is the worst place i have come across, do not buy from them! So many better options where your business is appreciated. Especially during hard times. These people are really sick in the head to think its ok to choose not to send flowers to a funeral just because they didn't want too.

This place is absolute garbage! Save your money and go to Luigi’s right beside it. They gave us blue spray painted flowers but the greens and baby’s breath were also painted. They didn’t even paint the entire flowers. When we went to complain, they acted like no one could help us and nobody can fix it. After complaining and complaining they finally gave us back our money but not before calling me a f@g lol .

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The owner has the worst attitude towards customer I’ve ever seen. She is unwilling to deal with customers and became very hostile with me. I would recommend to stay far away from Andy’s flowers, do NOT do business with someone that treats people so terribly. I’ll cut the review short, she didn’t want to refund nor give us credit for the deposit we left (which we had come to an agreement on) Took our money, feels like robbery to me. It’s ok we will see you in small claims court!
