Avila Pismo RV Resort & Campground

We had an excellent time. Very cute place. Zack and Ashlyn were so friendly and attentive. We had trouble with our outside fireplace and Zack came right away to solve our issue. Check-in process was so easy and were provided all fhe information we needed for our stay. I can’t wait to come back during the summer. It was super close to Avila Beach. We drove and if was less than a mile away. We look forwarding to visiting again.

We were there this weekend. We had a relaxing time there. Personal helped my husband back up our trailer. We had a perfect spot, next to the pool. We meet some great people. Staff were awesome. An amazing place. We are going to make it our spot to go to.

We just got home from our stay at the Avila Pismo Rv and resort park. It was very relaxing and peaceful. It's in a beautiful area. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. Our cabin was on the small side but very functional with 2 bdrms. It was cute. However the air conditioner didn't work in our place. And the cable was going out intermittently on our 3rd night. We think the place would benefit from a ceiling fan in the master bdrm. But overall we loved staying there and it was close to a lot of beautiful beaches and walking, running trails, hiking. A farm market within walking distance. Like right down the street. Dogs are also allowed there. That was a big plus for us.😍⛱️💜💙♥️

We really enjoyed our stay at Avila Hot Springs, especially the hot mineral soak relaxing and rejuvenating, and kid friendly. The dry RV camping was convenient location but all in all a spot to park, and the overall vibe of the place was peaceful and laid-back. One thing that stood out was the shower setup. It felt a bit odd that males get to shower indoors, while females have to use outdoor showers. Still, the mineral springs made it worth the trip, and we are coming back.

This is a wonderful RV resort! I'm so glad we found it. We are really enjoying the amenities and the location close to Bob Jones trail to ride our bikes to Avila Beach, and then easy to drive to Pismo Beach. Also recommend checking out Pismo Preserve for hiking.

Nice clean well kept park with fencing in most sites between neighbors. Back in pull through all RV vehicles parking is on gravel surface. All sites have umbrella tables propane fire pits and bbqs. Nice pool hot tub. Good asphalt main roads in park. 3 miles to Avila Beach 7-12 miles San Luis Obispo Pismo beach Oceana

This is my first time at the campground, it is really good! Everything is well taken care of and clean, pool and jacuzzi are great, the grounds are well cared for, dog park, playground, shuffleboard, this place has everything. I would recommend this place to anyone, there is also a great nature trail that is close by so bring your bicycles! My one and only complaint about this campground is there is some freeway noise that you can hear but other than that, this is a great campground. We will be back!

My favorite RV site on the Central Coast (CC). Part of me doesn't want to write this review, but good things need to be shared. Awesome for families and folks alike. Quiet, peaceful, and close to everything the CC has to offer.
