Pizza Hut

I came here for a quick bite to eat. The employees were very nice. The food was hot and tasted amazing. The dining room was clean and was open to customers.

The kids were hungry, but the pizza came like this. I am dispionted, and I paid for delivery and tip to get this? 😑 The website didn't load, but I changed my star 1 to a 3 since you got an amazing young lady that worked there and made the next pizza great, but this time, I picked it up. We have gotten pizza 2-3 times the last few days we got to stay at 29 palms. Every single time the pizza was 10/10. I am not sure about the bad reviews that folks have written but the pizza here is definitely one of the best.

Very nice service by the young team and the garlic knots were really delicious. However, the pizza was not good. While the dough was fresh tasting, the toppings were not (vegetarian) and there was minimal cheese. We expected a much tastier pizza, especially given the price we paid.

Came here for pizza and wings, was suprised how expensive everything was. Was surpsied when bill was $45. $16 for 12pc chicken, P'zone was $2 more than in other cities, personal pan pizza was same price as Medium size 2-topping in other pizza place. My P'zone is loaded with peppers and onions and only few meat. Have had better tasting brick oven pizza for lesser price.

Good food, commited to fair carry out time, and bad customer service. Always loved pizza hut compared to it's competitors. This location specificly lacks training and results to poor customer service. Staff lacks effort of greeting their customer. Tonight was the worse experience with staff; Jameson. Staff chased me to the parking lot in attempt of proving I have not paid for the food I ordered and picked up. Jameson did not bother confirming my email receipt nor my bank statement showing that I have been charged and paid. As a nice customer I handed my card to avoid arguments. After confirming with him that I am paying for the right order, he then realized he have made a mistake after looking at the order he had just made me pay for. The best part is, he told me that there was no way to receive a refund in cash or cancel my payment. Jameson attempted to offer two 2liter sodas as reimbursement or store credit of some sort for $20.24 value. I have never seen 2liter soda that is worth $10. I walked out in disappointment. I have yet to call or revisit the location to resolve this issue. If any store or district manager bothers to read this, please look into the quality of your staff as this industry does not only rely on the quality of the food served but as well as the staff that provides the service. Edit: One year later, the poor performing staff still works there. Today, I ordered my normal chicken alfredo pasta and honey BBQ wings. My previous orders of the same food have been good quality except today. My pasta was overflowing with sauce while my wings were dry. This had never been the case with other staff's presence when the times I order. Refer to the picture uploaded. Garbage performance should not be tolerated at this location. Add on (16 December 2019) : 3rd Photo. After being served dry breaded bone out wings. I now received wings that seems to be a victim of possible intentional drowning of chickens. Is this real? It seems that some of the staff of this location does not take pride of their work and service. Yet they expect to collect paychecks and business from the local residents. Shame.

Don’t eat here, the two guys making the food look like they haven’t washed in days. One was chewing over food while preparing it, and neither had on gloves. I feel sorry for who ever got the pasta tonight at 8:08 pm. This was supposed to be a fresh pizza..😒😒😒😒
