If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had my dog with me, no signs were posted that they couldn’t come in, most of the other stores have signs stating whether they were welcome or not. Lady was super rude to me & told me, “If you’re going to shop here, you need to hold your dog in your hands.” Shitty tone, told her just to have a good day & that she lost a sale. If you don’t want dogs in your shitty boutique, maybe put a sign up!

Unless you’re absolutely positive about your purchase, don’t shop here. They will not refund a purchase - store credit or exchanges only. This is shown on their cash register but I’m not in habit of reading cash registers. Never again.

Very cute boutique. I got a ring that I love! I am seeing other people say they feel like they were being accused of theft, but I put the ring ON and did not take it off, and the shopkeeper did not say a word to me about it or hardly even look at me as I shopped - not that I noticed, anyway. My kiddo and I had a fun time rummaging through the sale rack and sale closet. The shopkeeper and I ended up joking and laughing. I liked her.

I had a similar experience to one of the other reviewers. I was looking at some jewelry and I had lots of heavy bags so I was jostling them awkwardly. And the store clerk looked at my funny and then proceeded to follow us around. I was so uncomfortable that I asked to put my bags at the front counter because I didn’t want her to think I was trying to take things. Then when I was trying things on she hovered in a weird way. So anyways my aunt and I purchased a few $160 sweaters and we left. But after we left my aunt actually brought up the feeling that she thought we were being watched closely, which confirmed what I was feeling. Anyways, I’m almost 50, my aunt is 76. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at the store through the years, my aunt is a local. But I don’t think I’ll be back. I feel bad if they’re experiencing theft. I own a small business too. But they would be better to do security cameras rather than making good paying clients feel like thieves.

My husband and I visited this lovely store earlier today because the window displays were done so beautifully and I saw some scarves I liked. I ended up buying two scarves plus a sweater. I have not liked a sweater this much since I had purchased one in Del Mar CA in 2002. The two women that assisted me were equally as lovely as the store and very friendly and helpful. The prices were surprisingly low. Thank you ladies for your conversation and help. It was a pleasure to shop at the White Orchid.

To start out with, the staff was great and polite. My issue lies in the fact as soon as I walked in I was assaulted by heavy scent of perfume. I have asthma and an allergy to a lot of perfumes so I immediately moved away from the door and explored the store to see if it was just by the front door. However, the suffocating smell of perfume was just as strong as everywhere else in the store as the front door. I had to leave and I had only been in the store for less than a minute, but because I was going to have an asthma attack if I didn't leave right then. I would have loved to shop in your store, but whatever you sprayed or put in the air made it so toxic for me to breathe in I thought you should be aware to make it so others do not get an attack in your store.

I’ve been shopping at this store for over 10 years. The lady “Diane” working there today insinuated that I tried to take a pair of sunglasses a few days back as well as calling me a liar when I stated how much the sunglasses were priced at two days ago. I was carrying them as well as my own sunglasses and readers in my hand and was looking through the clothing section and forgot I was holding them. I wish she would have looked at my drivers license when I took out my wallet and paid for the glasses in CASH as she would have noticed my name and realized I could afford to buy the shop and quite frankly all of Estes Park. Extremely rude and judgmental and I will never step foot in there again. Their lost as the last time I spent over $1000.

I visited their bridal store. It was an adorable little store, with plenty of dresses in a variety of styles to try on. I have a very particular taste, and I found 7 or 8 dresses that could easily have been the one for me. The prices are all very reasonable, and they took time to understand what my situation was, like wedding location and my personal style. After spending an hour or so, I narrowed my choices to two amazing gowns. They didn't have my size in stock, but the woman helping me out took time on Monday to call into the designer's headquarters and check what was available and then promptly called me to fill me in on the details. I felt comfortable and listened to the entire visit. I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for bridal gowns! I also noticed they had dresses suitable for rehearsal dinners and for bridesmaids and mother-of-the-brides.
