Miami Dade 311

Acabo de contactar a Animal services y fue una muy mala experiencia, no me dieron una solución real para el problema que les expuse y además me colgaron el teléfono , muy mal todo

La señora del móvil q hoy está en collins y 76, por segunda vez se niega a atenderme. En la página dice desparasítar y vacunar. La señora niega a brindarme el servicio q ofrecen en la página. Además hay restricciones ( 40 personas Máximo) lunch, demoras y demás. Todas puestas por ella. Realmente es una lastima, porque los veterinarios son excelentes. Hace 9 meses presente una queja por lo mismo. Y resultó ser q la señora tenía razón. Ahora, después de 9 meses, nada cambio, nadie hablo con ella u ella sigue haciendo lo mismo. El móvil no brinda el servicio que se ofrece on line! La señora NO quiere trabajar! Ningun superior hace no dice nada al respecto! Una vergüenza!

Yo nesecito q alguien de la ciudad aga algo con el local q dan licencia q esta 3721 NW 7 th st miami fl 33126,,la mujeres q atienden el público son unas rasistas y una cochinas atendiendo las personas,,,yo fuy con mi mujer a sacar un papel para la licencia y hay q ver con la forma q esas mujeres tratan al público en serio q las personas de Miami tenemos q aguantar eso ,,agan algo al respecto o eso créanme q no va a terminar bien...

Llevo una.hora en linea en 311 y nadie responde. No es que están ocupado. Ea que cortan personal porque.no les interesa contestar nada a los residentes.

I’ve reported several downed street signs in my rural neighborhood via the 311 App, and in all 3 instances the signs were fixed or replaced within a matter of days if not the next day. Kudos to the 311 system as well as the repair crews for your great on-line reporting system that allows for submitting pictures so you can clearly see and understand the problem before responding as well as the timely responses…👍👍

Completely unable to complete the simplest of their functions. I scheduled a bulk garbage pickup. They showed up at my house, claimed that there was a car in the way of the garbage pile (there was not), left a callback number which they never answered and left the trash pile at my house. Now they are unresponsive to my attempts to reach them.

My trash waste bin and recycle bin have been outside for 20 business day now waiting to be pick to change because they are all cracked do to a car the hit them. Wait time to speak with someone is 35 min to tell you that this issue is city of Miami, they can only take a note in the account. That they have done their job and they just take Miami Dade calls. She told me to navigate in their website to try to find a number for them. This is ridiculous! She didn’t have any answer or solution to my problems. HORRIBLE!!

This Site is USELESS!!! We pay taxes and when you are trying to report an issue they take months to fix. Ex: I called on April 26,2024 From 7:35 to 7:37 am An reported street light that are broken from 7 Ave to Biscayne Bld on 79 St. Almost 2 most later nothing has been done. If I would be living in Cocoa Plum, Lauderdale by the Sea on Weston this would have been fixed in a heartbeat. I am trying NOT to run somebody over with my car. It's pitch Black!!!! Just spoke to somebody today June 12th 2024 at 6:35 pm. Named Marlene Very unprofessional didn't care about the my concernn anything that I had to say and told me that , I had to say. She had the audacity of telling me that I was badgering her and on top of that she made me feel like a Karen. The only thing I'm trying to avoid if somebody not to get run over with a car. It's bad enough that the lights in this area are HORRENDOUS. I will be calling this department myself. If I could give zero Stars I would.
