Excellent service, professional and punctual to my surprise, lol

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had donating construction materials to Habitat for Humanity of Marion County . From my very first call with Shanise, who was so kind and helpful, to the smooth and professional pickup by Colton and Jade, everything was handled with such care and positivity. It was truly in the spirit of giving. I’ve made donations to other organizations in the past, but working with Habitat for Humanity of Marion County was by far one of the best experiences. Your team made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to support your important work in the community.

My mother and I always come here. I thought they were open this day but they were not. So I just turned around and kept on going. But I do highly recommend this place they have a whole selection of things that you can buy and at very very good prices. Matter fact I got my pink recliner it was an excellent deal and it was a lazy boy. Plus I got some swivel chairs there bar stools. And I also got a chair on wheels that was very nice upholstery and it was only $5 and I'm using that when I sit at my table to paint. I just want to thank these people for all that they do for the community and also by providing this store for us in this community. I am new to this community and I really appreciate you all thank you once again for the great customer service and the great prices. I and my mother we will be back

Absolutely amazing organization, I have been doing my community service hours at the restore thrift shop for the last couple months and everyone who works there is so pleasant, helpful and treats you like part of the team from day one... Debby the manager does such a great job at keeping the location in great working order as well as the other employees I hope to get a actual job there in the future as I live the organization and what they do for families all over the country. Overall just a wonderful well stocked and organized place.

Don’t do Community Service here. The administration; Joanne Black (resigned Dunnellon Chief of Police) will say you did not complete hours when you did. They will accuse you of lying, and forging hours. They will then give no apology when they find proof that you did those hours. Proof they had but didn’t believe you. No second chances here! Just judgements. Joanne Black and David Layman the director discriminate against the lgbt community, disabled, disabled veterans, and felons. Beware if you do any business with Mrs. Black she is incompetent and unknowledgeable about basic processes that happen at the store level. She would rather make herself and Habitat look like a fool than admit she is wrong. All felons completing community service keep all evidence you worked phone logs, photos, photos on job sites time stamped. Don’t trust Joanne with your paperwork.
