I used this service last year. I have a small yard and the price was extremely fair. The first time he came, he broke my fence into my backyard. He told me his lawn mower was too big and that’s how it broke. He said he would fix it. I didn’t think anything of it and trusted he would return and fix it. However, after a few weeks, he stopped coming as planned. He stopped answering texts asking when he would be coming next. I would text and plead for him to come so I wouldn’t get HOA fines, with no response or He would answer telling me he’d come this day or this day or next week, etc. after a year, my fence is still broken. He stopped coming to my yard with no notice. The worst customer service and professionalism I have ever seen. If my yard is too small to do w your lawn mower, tell me that so I can find someone else.

I was having serious troubles with my previous lawn care company, until I luckily found a card for Chris at Perdido Property Maintenance. He was able to come out the next day and take care of my lawn, as well as set up a schedule for future visits. He cares a lot about your lawn, and more importantly, cares about you as a customer. Thank you, Chris! You did GREAT work!

If you are looking for a professional service provider, Chris is your guy! I own property in Pensacola, but live on the west coast. I was worried about finding someone I could trust and rely on to complete some major work at one of my properties. I found Chris on Craigslist...so I was skeptical. Here is my experience: I called and left a message. He returned my call promptly, yay! He went out to the property and provided me with his quote within 24 hours. After seeing photo's of some of his work, we agreed on a price and I met him at the property. He had his crew with him and they immediately began their work. He works fast and pays attention to detail. He definitely takes pride with his workmanship and keeps his crew on task. Chris noticed other things around the property that needed attention. There was no pressure from him to ask me to hire him for more work... I appreciated his knowledge with regard to construction and maintenance. His prices are fair, he is good at what he does, and he gets things done in a timely manner! And yes, I hired him to do much more additional work :) I'm sure I will be calling him for my next project! Thanks Chris!

After 3 acceptable mowings the 4th was terrible, it looked as if they ran the mowers at high speed in circles. Then threw the clippings in my garbage can. I called to have them come back to do it correctly and Christopher said he is canceling my service. Poor customer service I would steer clear!
