I had a very old rack and wanted the hanging extension for it. They were able to modify the new style to fit my older rack for me. I was thrilled! Also bought their teak hanger with hooks which made it easy to consolidate some of my plants in the trees. Great products

Arturo is a master craftsman and so attentive to detail. He is professional and reliable and the quality of his work is unmatched. I am so thrilled with my new orchid shade house. It was no easy task doing a triangular structure, but he did it and I love it. My plants are going to be very happy in their new home.

Bought a three tier plant stand from Bactra four or five years ago. It moved with me from Florida to Virginia and back to Florida again. I’m very happy with it. When I came back to Florida I was looking for a shade house and found it on Bactra’s website. One of the best experiences. I’m thrilled with the service and the shade house. It all went really smooth and Isnardo is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Bactra.

Don't waste your money here. His prices have gone up over a 100% in barely a year and he's never available for delivery or to assemble greenhouses. I ordered two custom greenhouses which he was fine taking the order for, but then wouldn't provide a fixed date for delivery. His greenhouses are designed so only he can assemble them. If you want to move them, you're out of luck. I have had to move twice due to a new home purchase and each time trying to get Arturo to show up was a losing battle. He is not reliable and I no longer recommend his products to anyone.

I am very happy with my 8x8x8 shade tent. From order to delivery to setup - the process was flawless. I plan on using Plant Stand Factory again for my next shade tent

We ordered 2 three tier metal plant stands plus the teak hanging racks. We met Bactra at a local plant sale and looked at his display. We placed the order a month later and the 2 plant stands were delivered a week later. Bactra assembled one unit and left directions for the second unit. It’s been 2 months and all the bromeliads, orchids and tillandsias are doing well on the metal shelves.

I needed a custom orchid house for a very tight space in my new home. Arturo’s creativity, professionalism, and expert craftsmanship were exactly what my project (and I) needed. His attention to detail and the quality of his work are simply unmatched. The pride he takes in his work is very evident and a rarity to find today. He listens, is patient and then executes what you want… but better. He is also a joy to work with! I would not hesitate to recommend him.
