I love visiting this store. Everything is well organized and the staff are very attentive. Multiple staff members asked me if I needed assistance and went as far as to check if styles were in my size when I inquired. The layout and bright lighting of the store make it inviting. When I shop at Versona, I always find timeless professional pieces that last me for years at an affordable price.

My husband came to the edge of the dressing room, because I was trying on pants— no top. A black female associate started yelling at him to get out. Mind you there were NO other women in the dressing room. I put back my $750 worth of clothes and we left. Lost a sale to an aggressive, attitude-filled woman.

I love this store in Jacksonville but was disappointed by this location. It was disorganized, full of open spaces needing to be restocked. It has a sterile feel and the staff were off in a corner chatting. I needed to go find them and ask if they'd come to the cash register so I could make my purchases.
