BEWARE!!! Don’t waste your time ladies, unless the purchase is in hand. I ordered an item online July 21st and it took two weeks to receive a notification of when the item would be delivered to my home. The item never arrived and I reached out to the store, via phone and email. After several attempts, I was told via email that it was a delay with UPS and they would follow-up with me via email on my new delivery date. As of today, I have not received my order or a email. I’ve followed up twice, with no response. However, I contacted UPS with the tracking number the store provided and guess what “UPS DOES NOT have the package”. So the company created a package label and lied about dropping it off to them and refused to answer any questions. I’ve contacted my bank to dispute the charge and pending my money back after should them my emails and good faith. As another reviewer stated….we try to help our own, but it hard when black establishments like the taste are dishonest, lied to their community and disrespect. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of doubt ….waited for a package over a month with no success. 0 out of 5

I ordered a pair of pants from this boutique and when they arrived, they did not fit me properly. I immediately reached out via email to which I got a response that I could send the pants back and get a store credit per their policy. I shipped the pants back next day and tracked them for the return. I emailed the store for 8 days consecutively to check on my credit with no reply. I went to the website and submitted through the chat with no reply. I finally reached someone via phone who asked me to provide the tracking which I did. The UPS tracking stated the pants were left at the front desk. The associate said they had no front desk therefore also denied my store credit. Also, she mentioned they had been too busy to reply to me since the pants went viral and now the store was busier. This is terrible service as I did everything instructed to return the item. Sadly, I like the items at this store but they have zero customer service and I will not be purchasing again.

The fringe jeans are not all created equal. They ended up sending me a second pair. I think they need to invest in more denim Levi jeans. I hate button fly jeans…highly disappointed. This is why don’t shop at boutiques. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. I received the wrong size, no tags, pictures below show removal of tags, and I have yet to receive a response from my three emails to rectify this experience. 0 out of 10!

Love how unique all of the pieces are here! I've bought several pieces of jewelry and they are all gorgeous and look very high end! I get so many compliments whenever I wear them.

My go to place when I need to find a cute outfit for a night out. Customer service is always so personable!!

Walked in, there were 3 women in the store in the back who looked like they worked there..either way, I wasn’t greeted. Looked a round a bit and no one offered to help or interacted with me.

Had a last minute dinner I needed to get an outfit for and while driving Taste’s storefront made me stop. Walking in I was immediately greeted by Teresa, who was a pure joy to work with. She quickly picked out a few outfits and had an uncanny knack of knowing what would work well on my body. The pieces are chic, fun, and unique (and I walked out with a few items). My outfit was a hit and received several compliments. Excited to have a new boutique to shop in Atlanta!
