Went to store this morning to purchase jeans. There were 2 young ladies at the counter. They never once acknowledged that I was even in the store or offered to help. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service.

Beautiful store featuring stylish fashion for both men and women

Hate giving bad reviews but the return process they have is annoying. No other company forces you to provide name, phone number, and address to return a product which you have the receipt for.

Everytime I go in the store they leave the sensor on..it is so aggravating. Even the online orders. So now i still have to go back to the store to have it removed. Update, sensor left on again. How easy is it to check your items

This is the store I typically shop at because it’s closest to my neighborhood but after my past few visits, I will never shop here again. At my most recent visit, I had a horrible encounter with the staff. They were very unprofessional. I understand it is the holiday season and it’s busy but there is no reason for every employee to dread doing the job they’re getting paid to do. The staff is always standing around talking and never willing to help when asked. I’ve heard several staff members talking rudely about other customers as if we were not all in the same building. Everyone is always on their phones. I’ve had rude encounters multiple time with two staff members in particular, a girl with red hair and another who’s short & skinny with glasses. I don’t typically leave reviews but something has to give.

On New Year's Eve I came into the Peachtree City store to look for jeans for my brother, a lady with red locs helped me and was super attentive to my needs. She even looked things up for me online that could be shipped to my house. Best experience hands down.

Ms. Bridget helped me pick out some new jeans during my visit and was so helpful! All the items she picked out fit me perfectly. As someone who struggles with social anxiety, her kindness really made my shopping experience go smoothly! Peyton made my transaction go smoothly and was so sweet and attentive. Thank you Bridget and Peyton! Your efforts and above and beyond customer service is noticed and appreciated!
