Ellie's Clothing Boutique

Love this store, beautiful clothes, but I had an experience this past week with the manager I think her name was Elena she kept looking me up and down and them would ignore me when I asked for help because maybe I didn’t fit the demographic for Ellie’s or something, I felt very shunned here I have loved this place for years, I don’t think I will be Coming Back until I see change for the better, I will say I appreciate the help the Hispanic woman provided for me very sweet!!! I wish Ellie’s the best but they will NOT be getting business from me anytime soon!!!!!!!

Ellie's was perfect! The workers were so helpful, very well mannered and respectful! I forgot my wife's Red dress for GA/FL weekend and we were able to find something with the help of the lovely ladies that work there ! If you are looking to stop somewhere going down 75 it's the perfect spot right off the highway!

I’m not the type of person to rate stores and restaurants. However, I will probably never come back to Ellie’s again and wanted to share my experience. Friday I went to Ellie’s to buy an outfit for myself and my mama for a funeral this past Saturday. It was a request that we wear yellow to the funeral. The first thing I would like to add is they hardly have a plus size selection to choose from. I bought two shirts. One large for myself and one 3XL shirt for my mama. Saturday comes and we get ready for the funeral. My mama wears her shirt that she has and Suddenly the side of the shirt starts to unravel at the seam. So now her shirt has a big hole in it. I immediately call Ellie’s and they were apologetic and stated I could get a refund since it was damaged. My mom had to put together a outfit last minute for the funeral. Now, we are at Monday. Early Monday morning, right when they opened, I walked in and stated what happened and asked for a refund since the lady on the phone said she would give me a refund since the shirt was damaged. They stated that they could not give me a refund and they could only provide a store credit or an exchange. I explained to the lady behind the counter that I was told that I could receive a refund. She was very bitter towards me and truly did not give me kind customer service. She gave me store credit for the shirt. While I was looking for something else, the lady behind the counter was on her phone the whole entire time. She didn’t even look up. Whoever was on the floor helped me find my dress and was super nice. While I was ready to checkout, the lady started the steam shirts and she stopped to check me out. Again, she was rude. If I knew she was working, I definitely would have not came in. I would have waited until someone else came to help me. I doubt I will ever go in Ellie’s again. I’m very disappointed.

Im not a person to give ratings but the girl that greeted us began to follow us around trying to not make it noticiable as well as this other girl. And they kept staring at each other and back at us. Personally I think it was because we were Mexican , we were just trying to look around peacefully.

My favorite boutique in town! Not only are the clothes super cute, but the employees are so helpful and kind. For a boutique, the prices are reasonable also! 10 out of 10 stars for quality services and clothes!

Needed a dress for a event I had been searching for days and no luck decided to give one last look here before giving up and to my surprise they had a huge selection. The staff was so helpful and pulled a ton of options for me to try on and was extremely sweet. Found a new place that I will become a regular at! Thank ya'll so much!!

Ellie’s is such an excellent boutique! Great customer service, prices, and the cutest clothing! Definitely my favorite place to shop in Tifton! 🤩

Basic boutique with a lot of tacky patterns and 'trendy' items. I was on crutches and they offered little help. Returns are only valid for a store credit. Over priced for sure.
