Brilliant Minds was great with my baby. My little girl was only with the daycare for 5 months, and while she was there, I felt safe leaving her with the teachers and Ms. Danielle. It can be difficult to leave little babies with anyone, but they made me feel comfortable and treated my little one like she was their own. Everyone was nurturing and pleasant. If we were back in the Valdosta area, my daughter would be attending Brilliant Minds.

Very pleased! We have watched this new day care evolve from the beginning. Danielle took her time finding amazing teachers that care and are patient. They are very helpful with needs and quick to communicate. We have not experienced any of the previous comments concerns. Great staff, excellent Director and an overall good vibe when dropping off and picking up.

BMAG has been so wonderful and patient with me and my three year old! I appreciate the time and care the Ms Danielle and her staff have with the kids. I hate to see the negative reviews because I have not had the experiences as previously mentioned. When children are put into a childcare facility, accountability has to recognized on both ends from the parents as well as the center. As much as we as parents would like to believe that all kids are little angels and behave 24/7 that is not the case but it is how it is handled and addressed that shows true character. We love BMAG!

Brilliant Minds has been a good caretaker of my child. Ms. Danielle has always communicated well with us and is easy to get a hold of with any questions. They helped us transition off a bottle and expanded our food preferences.

This was our first daycare experience and it was AWFUL! The head teacher never once contacted us of any issues with the kids, only ever communicated with our pickup person. Has NO cameras working even though the building is advertised to have them. Expelled both my children for once child’s actions without ANY CALL TO ME to let me know, then her paperwork said a DIFFERENT child’s name on it. She can’t even figure out who hurt who and my child is punished. Worse experience. Zero stars and I DEFINITELY don’t recommend using this woman’s daycare. Horrible customer service, she constantly spoke over me while I tried to figure out the TRUTH. Argumentative and flat rude. She should not be around children. Not to mention our children came home in pee soaked clothing for 3 days in a row as well as having dried crusted poo covering their bottoms. Every week I had to replace numerous outfits do to them being soaked in urine. Keep your babies away from this irresponsible and rude woman.

I'm very disappointed in this facility . I moved here from NC and I brought two of my children here on the strength of someone recommending them to me. me and the owner had clear or what I though was clear understanding of the hours I worked and and the fact that I had to bring all of my kids information in by Friday being that it was being mailed din from another state, here we are day 1 and now the hours don't work but that should have been stated over the phone as well as Monday morning when I again told her my hours of work. she dismissed my 3 year old after 3 days for behavior not to say that being bad should be accepted but he is also 3 !! in a new state with new people she didn't even give him the chance to get use to the center she proposed me with a termination in day 2! All im going to say is in the future she needs to practice patience with new smaller kids and she needs to make things CLEAR as far as the hours she can have kids in her care. Im highly disappointed.

Wish I could give this daycare 10 stars. The owner is very professional and have created a great learning environment. My kids have learned so much is “big school “ ready. Thank you Ms.Danielle and staff

My twins love this daycare so far! Ms Danielle works with them and is so sweet. They keep talking about school and wanting to go back. We love it! 😁
