Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I wanted to give this company a fair chance before posting a review. After a negative encounter with two employees at both their main store and annex — where my family and I were treated very rudely — I reached out directly to management to give them the opportunity to make things right. They initially replied once, thanking me for bringing it to their attention, but after I provided all the details of what happened, I never received another response or any form of follow-up. As a fellow business owner, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect and take feedback seriously. I was hoping this would be handled with professionalism, but the lack of accountability and communication says otherwise. I’m genuinely disappointed because I had always enjoyed shopping here in the past, but this experience completely changed that. I truly hope they take this as constructive criticism and work on improving their customer service and follow-through.

We were on a cross-country motorcycle trip from Oklahoma when we spotted an embroidered patch online from Coeur d’Alene Clothing Co. that we really liked. We decided to stop by their store in person to pick it up, only to find out it had just sold out. That’s when Hannah stepped in—and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. She went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she assure us the patches would be shipped to us as soon as they were restocked, but she even ran over to their Annex location twice to grab other items we were interested in. Her customer service was truly outstanding. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, Coeur d’Alene Clothing Co. will definitely be on our must-stop list. This is exactly the kind of local business worth supporting—great products and even better people. Thank you again, Hannah!

A BIG shout out to the two young men who were working on Friday night during the street fair. I came into the store with a dead phone battery and no way back to my car. They helped me problem solve the situation and I arrived safely back home. Thank you Coeur d'Alene Clothing Co. for employing kind and helpful people.
