We have used these guys for 7yrs. They installed our noreweco system and had no problem until the last 2 yrs. When we called and asked why no one came out last year she tried to say we didn't pay our fee. Well I had to go to the bank to get the canceled check for proof mind you i hand delivered the check when we paid for it.So she extended it through February 2022 and would send someone out as soon as possible. well guess what we had to call in August to remind them they hadn't been out she proceeds to tell us that they are short staffed ,well that is not my fault everyone is short staffed . Pay your employees better.They finally came this week and did maintenance on our system.The guy was very knowlegable and.professional that did our check. hope they can keep him on staff. He did a great . I called a place in Germantown they don't come this far but when the lady answered and I explained the situation she said to her boss another unique concept customer. Needless to say it isn't just us that has been calling around looking for someone else to do the maintenance. The health department will be calling me back with a list of others who perform the maintenance.

Robert was at my home today to service my Norweco. I watched him for a while and I was truly impressed with the time he took to to clean my system..we talked and shook hands when he was done...you have a great employee...

I had a maintenance contract on the aeration system for years and had many issues with this company. They never put enough chlorine tablets to last until the next 6 month maintenance visit. Years ago it did not look like any maintenance was actually done as I marked the covers to see if they actually were moved. I complained and they admitted that their worker only did the paperwork and did no maintenance yet they DID NOT PROVIDE a refund. That's dishonest!!. When I switched to Kohnen's in Germantown, I was surprised how much better and thorough their maintenance is. I had a problem with the motor and Kohnen's showed up 1 hour after I called and put in a loner motor. Unique NEVER provided that level of service. I recommend switching your maintenance contract to Kohnen's if they service your area. You will be pleasantly surprised with their level of service.

Doesn't answer the damn phone or return calls

Do not use them, I was promised services and it never happened, even though I have called them five times over the last 4 or 5 weeks. I still have a big hole in my yard which goes to the septic tank.

I have been with Unique for over 15 years now and I will not go with anyone else. They take care of everything! Thank you Unique 😁
