Alex Alex Alex. She was so amazing! Also Charles too! They really went above and beyond. I am STRUGGLING to remember the name of the gentleman who did my full buff on my 24 M3LR but his work was stellar. I hope to never have to come back but I love them. LOL

To good to be true! This location has the absolute best staff throughout & actually care about their clients! My car was hit by another driver & I filed a claim through insurance…while going through the most hellish insurance claim you can imagine Tesla Collision Elk Grove was there every step of the way to help beyond my expectations. Tammy is the absolute best, if your working with her your definitely in good hands!

I’m very satisfied with my experience at the repairs in Tesla Collision Center! I’ve needed a repairs for my rear bumper after another driver rear ended my Tesla model 3. The repairs were done in about 2 weeks. Every Tuesday and Thursday there was an updates from the shop. The employees were very nice and helpful! Great experience!

Easy to drop-off car for repair and got estimate plus car fixed in less than 10 business days. Pickup was a bit harder as it was still inside the shop as I came a day later after repair but overall good experience

Charles Knowles for the win. We all know that collision repair is backed up everywhere for months, but Charles and the team at Tesla Collision EG made it happen. Charles walked me through every step of the process, in constant communication and keeping honest and realistic about completion expectations. Ken and his team also kept in touch every step of the way keeping me at ease. Even notifying me of a slight delay when a part they received didn’t function according to their standards. They didn’t cut corners and allow me to take my car for the sake of completion without the job being done right. Kudos to this entire team! Thanks everyone!!

Great service and communication. I would highly recommend them (I worked with Charles) My parked car was rear-ended by a delivery truck trying to make an illegal U-turn. I contacted Tesla Collision, send photos of the damage and they were able to get me a prelim estimate within 1-2 business days which I submitted to the insurance company. I dropped the car off and they provided me with updates Monday Wednesday Friday via text. They arranged for the local enterprise to come pick me up on arrival so I can get my rental car. This particular shop had the earliest availability in the Chicago land area by at least 2-3 weeks. Some Tesla approved collision centers are booked out over 4-5 months. The whole job took about 2.5-3 weeks, which is really good for this car and this climate of supply chain issues. Just as an FYI: some insurances don't work w/ Tesla (as they charge a higher premium for hourly rates). Specifically GEICO doesn't work with them unless the customer wants to pay for the difference out of pocket. They do work well w/ Traveler's.
