Every year I have issues with the city sticker!!! and I keep hearing from other same story, I wonder when they will fix their system? they are so behind, last month I got court hearing and fine$ for not having a city sticker whiles I had it, I went there should it and it was so hard for them to update the system, and this week I am getting in mail for 3 cars that I have sold years ago!!!! what a joke. I think its better to move somewhere else.

If I could I would give 0 stars because 1 is too much. I lived in M.G and I had a vehicle that was parked in my garage, not used for years and obviously I didn't get city stickers. The village charged me retroactively for not getting tickets and gave me penalties. This is unheard of anywhere else. Trying to talk with the people in charge at the village was useless, they were very rude and absolutely the worst experience.

I lived in MG for 6 years and it's a great place to live, however if you get a ticket the person that issues the ticket reviews it for appeal purposes, which is pointless. AND don't get sick or hospitalized because when I did, my city sticker went from $55 to $235 fine. Screw my heart failure and dam near dying Morton Grove wants their money.

If I can put out zero star I will, they never respond to calls, I say , don't move in Morton Grove , especially the village hall . Useless. I paid 185 for late car sticker 2 months ago, and now I got a letter about a hearing that it stating I missed and now charging me 50$ + 185$ that I paid 2 months ago.

It's located in residential area. The staff there is friendly, personable, and professional. I've visited this place many times and haven't had any negative experiences.

There is $50 fee for Camera ticket and they will never dismiss tickets because the need money cheap valley

This place is a joke terrible customer service the way they treat people should be a crime! If I could give them a zero I would.
