As another year comes to an end, we want to thank LawnCare by Walter for another great season of service. Whether it is a large hardscape project to a small garden planting, they never disappoint. Logan has always been so great to work with. He has provided us so many great ideas and has done so well at tying everything together! Until next project….

We hired LCB to install a paver patio in our back yard, to extend our outdoor living space. Logan was great to work with! Although the project got started a little later in the summer than originally expected, we are thrilled with the result and the quality of the workmanship. The workers were friendly and professional and always left the job site picked up at the end of the day. We are very happy with our new patio and would recommend LCB to anyone looking for a landscaping company for projects big or small.

Cannot thank Logan, Tim, Nick and Santos enough. Our patio turned out better than we could’ve imagined. Logan was patient, kind, helpful and always available to answer questions. Tim and his team were always prompt and friendly. Their work is unbelievable!! Absolutely would recommend!

We hired LawnCare by Walter to redo the landscaping around our house. Logan, landscape designer, designed a beautiful plan with an extensive array of colorful plants, shrubs and ornamental trees matched to our environment. Logan was great to work with and the installation crew was efficient, flexible and friendly as well. Manny, the installation supervisor, communicated well and was helpful in adjusting elements of the plan to meet our requests. Overall very pleased and highly recommend.

After being a customer for years they failed to let us know we had grubs.We had to call them because our neighbors alerted us to fact we had them. Lawncare by Walter increased our plan per visit for weed and feed program because they measured wrong from the beginning. I grew up in a landscape business. Not good customer service!! I was with Lawn Care By Walter for sever years. This year I decided to try another company who had good reviews but was significantly less expensive. I was really surprised to learn Lawn Care by Walter showed up this spring and did an application even though I had not paid them anything for this season. They claimed they sent letters over the winter saying they unless we call to cancel service, they will be here in the spring. They may have sent letters but, like most people, I don't open everything that winds up in my mail box. But they still insisted that I pay them $103.13. It took two phone calls (they hung up on me the first time I called) and a threat to charge them with trespassing before they agreed to drop the charge. I think a business model of trying to strong arm people for payment of services they did not want or pay for is absolutely stupid. If it turns out that I am not happy with my current service company I might have gone back to them. But all they accomplished is to alienate a potential customer. I hope they reconsider this moronic business practice.

I had an excellent experience LCBW. I appreciated Logan’s professionalism and expertise, yet he was absolutely receptive to our preferences and vision for the landscaping project around the perimeter of our home. Communication from Logan and the office was always top-notch, and my husband and I really liked how direct the contract was. Some people may be deterred by paying separate costs for the design and the plants/labor, but this is exactly what we wanted after a bad experience with another business. I will absolutely be calling LCBW for any future projects.

Danielle was polite and professional. She was quick to come look at our project, and quick to respond with a quote. She kept in contact and completed the work in a timely fashion. We will look forward to working with her again in the spring.

We are very pleased with the final product that LawnCare by Walter completed for our landscaping project. Their team listened to our ideas, understood what we wanted to have completed and gave us a fair quote to complete the job. Our landscaping job consisted of a tear out of an old concrete walkway and a retaining wall, as well as installing a new path and steps to our backyard. The crew of LawnCare by Walter came in and completed the job with the highest professionalism. Although there were no drawings of the work to be completed, (they will provide this if requested) the crew understood our wants and flawlessly completed the work. The crew was on site four days straight to complete the job. At the end of the job the crew reseeded our lawn where heavy machinery was on and left the job sight clean and spectacularly! I would highly recommend LawnCare by Walter for your next landscaping project! They are fair with their quotes, polite, professional and have an eye for what great landscaping can be for your property.

After using this service for many years I will be discontinuing the services. We have always prepaid so will finish the year . I saw a difference in service about 3 yrs ago. Our yard had many weeds and the treatment was to almost burn the areas. Now our yard is patchy and can’t get grass to grow in many spots. We paid to have the yard aerated and seeded but still have spots. I actually felt like a bother when calling. Don’t want to give a bad review. It is what it is.

We have beautiful new landscaping thanks to Logan and the team at Lawn Care by Walter. The crew worked quickly and professionally. Logan responded to all of my questions and prepared a beautiful design for the front of our house.
