This place is just to fill their pockets with your hard earned cash. The "dues" are partly for maintenance? They don't even cut their properties to keep them looking nice, keep rodents and snakes away from people's homes. They also allow old shipping containers to lay around on property with no homes on them if you pay them enough. The roads are also garbage if it's not country manor. The staff are very rude and argumentative when ask questions about why they charge people for nothing. DON'T BUY HERE!!

What do the dues go for? They keep the main road blacktopped but what about the side roads? The things that are getting done now for kids it's CSL it's the church and the Bait shack. They don't have the monthly meeting anymore, that I know of.

I worked In 22states I lived here for more than 12 yr worse place I ever lived meth ever were you need a gun too live here they take mail Rob your house run over your pets. Wish I had never seen this hole.

I think the no one should be paying dues because you absolutely do not give you anything fir the money. Bad roads no pool no security. People should be refunded all that money. Where is the security.
