3rd floor circuit clerk Nicole farmer Deliverately refused to print documents I needed. She gave me a generic website that didn’t contain the information I required. I wanted a court case file printed. She refused. That’s against civil rights and the law!

If I could leave a negative star I would. Came to get new plates and the office was closed for their Christmas party. Sign on door said back at 12:00. 12:30 comes and the girls finally come in the back door. About 20 people waiting for them. Not one employee even bothered to look at the crowd, much less apologize for being late. Nothing. Business ad usual Sheriffs office has a sign that said out to lunch. Will return when they get back. What a disgrace.

Overall, very terrible experience. Most staff members were quite rude, not helpful imparting useful info, and the cost to do anything is high. Also, forget getting anywhere online with property records. You get routed to a site that wants you to pay $45 and then says records are only available for Boone, Jackson, and Pulaski counties. What a joke this clerk's office is. It's literally the worst thing about living in Danville.

I went to get my car transferred and registered since it was out of state from California and since my car was salvaged they were giving me a hard time and basically said there was nothing they could do to help me. I just ended up going to Lincoln county and they registered me with no problems.

I came to register my car two weeks ago, they couldn’t take my title which I understand but wish they would’ve told me when I called them to ask what I needed. Then they call me that my title was in, took off work again just to get here and be told the sheriff’s office closed at 4pm, when I was told they were closed at 5pm when they called. Very inconvenient to have to take off work again and nothing gets done.

I was trying to resolve an issue with a summons for jury duty. After two trips to the courthouse and a follow up phone call, the issue was finally resolved. The clerks were not friendly and gave me the incorrect information. I was only able to get the correct information on my own.

Another county sent my child to take the drivers test here... I have never in my life seen an adult be so rude and talk to a child the way this woman did! She gave the permit test and blasted my child bc we are from a different county. It’s not our fault we were sent here to take the test. Not only was she rude, she told my child to tell all her friends from our county that she won’t be giving them a test and proceeded to sigh and walk away from the conversation. Terrible attitude from this lady! Kids are excited and nervous enough from this milestone in their life and she ruined that experience!
