Love this place.. had suck a nice weekend there with family. Hoping to get chance again this year to enjoy another weekend. Went downtown for few hours to shop. The General Store is amazing, shop owner is the nicest person, my grandson was probably quite annoying talking her leg off, but she didnt let on a bit. CHECK IT OUT FOR SURE. The people in this small town are very friendly.

Love this campground!!!! Camp here often. Free firewood, pool, playground, walking trails, clean showers and bathrooms. Great for groups as you are not restricted to parking campers on specific areas. Well shaded because of large trees. Wish they had sewer option but can't complain for the price. Due to river and water along highway tends to be more buggy, but tubing access is awesome. Pay per camper or tent without restrictions on number of people in camper which seems to be the norm for campgrounds now. Grateful to whoever keeps this gem going!

Great City Campground, clean restrooms, showers, and grounds. City pool and park located right next to campground if you have kids. Firewood available onsite for 5.00 per wheel barrel load, very convenient!

Very nice facility, but the porta potty's had no toilet paper in them. Fortunately someone had a roll from there camper for the public to use while attending the softball game's.

Nice little disc golf course. Lost a disc on hole 7 in a tree. Got a call the following week saying it was in the DG lost and found box. What a great idea.

Very nice and quiet campground. Firewood is on site for a donation. Clean bathrooms and showers. Close to downtown Elkader and the turkey river.
