Prairie Village of Knoxville

The landlord is a very compassionate, caring and loving person She is who you would always want for a landlord-manager. Grounds are kept up. Maintenance is done accordingly. I would choose Prairie village of Knoxville for my home over again!

First and foremost, I do not live in Prairie Village nor would I. I take care of a few residents. The management is very unprofessional. Maintenance never follows through with work orders and if you put in a work order Maintenance gets angry about it and speaks poorly of me for doing the work order for my client. I have completed every work order that I put in for the client. This week the shower flooded and the maintenance man accused me for dumping something down the shower to my client without confronting me. He spoke very poorly of me to the resident and I do not appreciate this unprofessionalism.

Owner failed to disclose that several people have died in the building I was looking at, even though there's a full disclosure contract. The moment he noticed I have tattoos he became very unprofessional and refused to give me anymore information. At first he was ok with me having a dog, had no problems with it, until I told him it was a ptsd service dog. After I informed him of the civil penalty for denying service animals in a rental property he walked away and didnt say anything else on the matter. I was then informed that I had to removed my dog from the property or animal control was going to be called because there were no dogs allowed on the property. I highly recommend looking someone where else if you're looking for a rental. Larry was the gentlemens name, very disrepctful and arrogant.

I have been a resedent at PV for many years, experienced/observed a smooth switch over via management and maintenance, professional. The Aparment Manager is very kind, personable and always has no problem taking time to stop and listen to a concern and chat with tenants. She genuenly enjoys her job and caring for her locations, tenants, and needs. Maintenance is in and out, gets the job done.
