They are doing everything possible to try to prevent the spread of covid 19. They aren't allowing any In person traffic in the court house you have to sit in the car and wait for the judge to call you. They are pretty good about getting you fairly quickly

Recently moved from Northern Kentucky to Westwood. Went in to do a change of address on my and my wife's vehicle and driver's license. Everyone, from the officer working the front desk to all the clerks we dealt with, were extremely nice and helpful.

Amazing service! The marriage license department made it quick and easy and were so patient when gathering the documents needed. Morgan went above and beyond to help us. By far the best customer service I’ve had in a government office!

I had to call the state board of elections to alert them to the clerk's office absolute refusal to resolve a simple problem, and gross negligence when handling an absentee ballot. You should not have to leave this office feeling even more uncertain about your vote being counted due to someone else's incompetence and apathy for their duties as a public servant. I should have called the board of elections first, because they were way more understanding and cooperative than any person that I spoke with at the Boyd County Clerk's office. This office, at best, is only capable of half-answers and horrifying ineptitude. Completely disappointing.

Helpful, go out of your way to save you a buck and let you know what fees are coming. Specifically they let me know of an upcoming registration and saved me a future trip. Very helpful and quick service.

The office, mainly Lisa and Tina, commonly make mistakes with official documents. So make sure to double check everything to the best of your knowledge before leaving the office.

I had to give one star before it would let me post but this place is trash and doesn’t deserve even a quarter of a star. This place and 95% of the people who work here are sad excuses for the justice system. The old man who works the metal detectors tried to throw someone in jail just for leaving his lanyard outside of the door since he wasn’t from here and didn’t know they weren’t allowed. Hope this place gets shut down or taken over by people not on a power trip
