Very knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. I have an LS dealership 20 minutes from my house and I will happily haul my tractor 2 hours away for these guys to service it. They are willing to help you any way they can. When I called the "other guys" they told me my problems were because I wasn't properly regenerating my tractor, they needed to clean the filter and it's not covered under warranty. I called Foltz ag and spoke with Steven in the service dept. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and assured me most of my problems should be covered under warranty. Turns out, ALL of my problems were! They saved me a bunch of money and even worked with me on picking it up after hours! Very satisfied! Foltz Ag has earned my lifetime business!

Honest, down to earth dealer. Was willing to go over all the details of operation and maintenance with us. We drove from North Carolina to purchase this tractor. Totally worth the trip for the great service!

I have only written one review in my life so don't normally do this but felt compelled to put in a good word for Foltz Ag. I just had my John Deere lawn tractor serviced and was thoroughly impressed from my interactions with their friendly staff. I had previously gone to another local dealer and was dissatisfied. From the service department to the office to pickup and delivery, Foltz Ag is top notch. I felt they appreciated me as a customer and were very accommodating, something that is hard to find these days. I would not think of going anywhere else at this point. They did what they said they would do and saved me some money in the process. I trust their recommendations and work.

Worked with Scott L. getting parts for a Tar River tiller. Scott was very knowledgable and quick getting me the info that I needed. He got me the quote via email and completed my order in record time. Hard to find customer service like I expereinced today this day and age. 5 stars are not enough for Scott and Foltz AG! Will definitely be using them in the future!

I purchased an LS M573CPS tractor from Foltz Ag Enterprises Inc. a little over a year ago for our ~ 50 acre farm. I usually do not choose to provide a review until I have some experience under my belt with a new major purchase. I was hesitant to purchase from a little lesser known brand, and with fewer dealerships than some of the other brands. Furthermore, as I was retiring from a professional job, I knew I'd need to ramp up on education on maintenance on the tractor, as well as some farming and implement questions overall. The advice I received from Dave and Jake Foltz was very helpful. More specifically, Jake has responded to questions I've had along the way and has been extremely customer focused. I can't say enough about the helpful attitude and patience with which he performs his job and gets back with you on questions. The tractor itself has been invaluable on the farm and, together with the front end loader attachments (i.e., bucket, pallet forks, round bale hay spear, and grapple), we have been amazed with what we've been able to accomplish with it. A couple of things I especially appreciate include the warranty (which competes with the best tractor warranty out there), and the weight limit capabilities that both the front and back end 3 point hitch will take (I've picked up and carried, when well balanced, utility poles with the grapple on the front end!). There are some things on the tractor that I may have leaned toward rating a bit lower, such as the shifting has been rougher than I expected, I have had some issues with turning with a heavy load on the front end, and the operator's manual could have had some more reviews before it was published (due to it being a foreign manufactured tractor), but I chose the five star rating due to the overall value it's provided us as we are starting up a small business on the farm, and mostly due to the relationship with the dealer, which I rate as a critical success factor. Overall, I highly recommend working with this particular dealership for your farming needs. I'll try to remember to rate again after another year or so of use.

They are very understanding and helpful they will go beyond to make you feel welcome and to help you feel comfortable with your decision. It is worth any extra time to spend there to get the information you need to find the equipment you want and need.

HORRIBLE customer service. After spending thousands of dollars with this company on equipment they have presented terrible attitudes when they are in the wrong. Use to be a great company but has gone way down hill!
