Kalil was very professional and respectful that his work exceeded my expectations. I appreciated his forethought to identify any obstacles before starting the project. Kalil was great to talk with as work progressed. He cleaned everything thoroughly upon completion. I will specifically ask for him the next time I need some plumbing done.

Stacey and Wes were great! On time, very professional, personable, and patient with explaining my problem and how to fix. Stacey was very Efficient and finished the job in the time that she quoted. She also left me with contact information in case I still had questions. I have always been happy with and trusted the service I have received from Roto-Rooter and will continue to use them.

Riley has gone above and beyond in his service to us. He repaired an issue with a leak and while here advised me of several potential issues that needed to be addressed. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We have since asked him back to repair said issues and he continues provide wonderful customer service. He’s the best! We are extremely satisfied with Riley and Roto-Rooter!

They came out within an hour of being called and assessed 4 separate issues. Fortunately, our clogged pipe gave way while they were replacing the wax ring on our toilet and fixing our leaky sink, so we only needed two problems corrected. They were able to give us the diagnostic for the last problem that we determined that we could handle ourselves. Very good and efficient work.

Our Roto Rooter tech, Stacy, was great. She fixed our leaking pipe and the issue with our sump pump quickly. All seems to going well afterward. All this for less than half of what the Eco people wanted for just fixing the pipe. Eco also misdiagnosed our sump pump problem.

Same day service. Jacob handled all the warranty issues and did excellent work replacing our hot water tank. Everything was clean when he finished, and he answered all of our questions about maintenance and upkeep. Very professional.

Tyler and Spencer came out today and did a great job. They both explained what was going on and what they were going to do. Did the job right, and explained more potential problems. Thank you both for doing such a fantastic job, and thank you, Roto Rooter, for responding to my call so quickly.

Robert was amazing! What a great overall individual. He treated our establishment with the utmost respect and also was very cognitive of the customers and employees and respectful as well. Robert was also very persistent on fixing the issue when it gave him a challenge. I would recommend Robert 100%

Richard was kind, careful, and informative every step of the way through our outdoor spigot repair! We’ve used roto-rooter multiple times and they’re always so helpful, prompt, and take the time to teach us (relatively) new homeowners learn how to take care of what they repair. Highly recommend.

Jacob did an awesome job! He told me what the problem was and what he was going to do. He cleaned up after himself and the job he did looked fantastic! I definitely will call them again if I need plumbing done!
