I loved this housing. I renewed my lease for 2nd time. They have furnished rooms and living area with enough space for kitchen. Moreover, I have space for keeping my bicycle inside our apartment. I live in the ground floor D room and I love it. If you’re afraid of insects then get the 1st or 2nd floor apartments.

Poor management team and ideals. My friend applied to transfer to a more accessible apartment. They said they'd have a place ready this past Wednesday. That fell through, and they didn't have another one lined up yet. Then they come back Friday and tell him they have a place ready and that he needed to be out by 10am Monday. When he expressed that he could not start moving out over the weekend due to his work schedule, they weren't flexible and were firm that the apartment had to be vacated by 10am. That clearly wasn't the case, as nobody came by to secure it until later that evening. So, that last of his belongings are locked up, including my personal hand truck, as well as some of his ex-roommate's belongings. As for the new apartment, it was not move-in ready. The walls were still marked up, there was water damage on the ceiling in the living room that had not been addressed, and he had to let a company in to replace the carpet in one of the bedrooms. That's definitely not a finished apartment. Now for the whole reason of writing the review. I was told that if I wanted my hand truck back, I would have to go up to the main office. I paid a visit and told them why I stopped by. They informed me that they were to unlock the apartment, I would have to pay them $20. As ridiculous as I feel that is, I agreed to pay. When I went to go pay in cash, they declined the money. They said since I'm not a tenant at that complex, they'd only accept either a money order or a cashiers check. Never in my life have I had cash not be a valid form of payment. Just as ridiculous, in order for my friend to get his belongings back, they want him to pay $970, while the ex-roommate also only had to pay $20. If that isn't extortion at it's finest, then what is? If you value your time and money, then I would look elsewhere, because this company certainly does not.

Living here has genuinely been a horrible experience overall. This apartment complex has the potential to be nice, but the management and maintenance is just absolutely horrible. They do not maintain the place the way they should. Student workers in the office are nice, but you never get true, honest answers to questions you may have. Over the summer, my apartment had no air conditioning for nearly 3 weeks. I have currently been without wifi for almost a month. I have lived here for a little over a year, and I can honestly say we have experienced an issue with nearly every appliance at some point, including an issue with mold. The technicians are not quick to fix things and are not kind when addressing concerns. We had a maintenance technician who caused several items to fall off our wall, and then neglected to own up to it or reimburse us for the damages. Additionally, there have been many occasions in which people have entered our apartment without any notice for various reasons. We had someone move into an empty bedroom with no notice whatsoever, as well. No matter what the issue is, management will claim they have a right to do it per the lease. But yet they will not aphold the lease on their end when it comes to amenities, etc. While this complex may be one of the few affordable options that are furnished and close to campus, avoid it if you can. The issues are just never ending here.

This place is horribly mismanaged there was black mold in my pantry that they said they cleaned which they never fully got rid of. There are birds in the walls and ceiling that they also haven’t dealt with. They fall behind on everything and don’t work with you. The pool had a wasp infestation for a while. This place is legit trash. The maintenance lead never does his job. The other maintenance guy is amazing but the property managers won’t even give them money to buy the needed things. Our apartment doesn’t have smoke detectors in one room because they won’t pay for a new one. The staff is so incompetent it’s crazy they’ve lost money orders and lied and don’t even know how to do their job. A staff never also released private information to my roommate. They also put random charges and they say it’s electric but it’s not. Don’t live here.

This place has been absolutely horrible to live. Black mold growing everywhere Birds live in vents and they still refuse to do anything about it. Will have to wait about a month to get any kind of maintenance order fixed. I would recommend anywhere but north or south to live in

(4 bedroom) Nice size rooms and living area but that’s about it. Had working AC for 4 combined months out of the 2 years I lived here. There were weeks in the summer where the temperature was 80+ degrees inside and they were in no rush to fix anything. There was also a leak in our floor that was never looked at so we had to fix it ourselves. They also decided to change the payment portal 3 times which was annoying and cumbersome. To add onto it, they decided to “give us a break” by not charging for utilities for 3 months and then surprising us with all 3 months worth of utility bills this month! How thoughtful. I have surely forgotten other stupid, miscellaneous events. Hated my experience here.
