I am a return customer and I always leave happy with my purchase. I.went to Sachs Jewelers recently with an idea for a Celtic woven diamond band for my 40th wedding anniversary. Karl was amazing. He listened to my ideas and found me the most beautiful ring. It is perfect and just what I had imagined. My engagement ring is from there too! Great service , even greater selections. Beautifully crafted fine jewelry as well as stunning Estate pieces . Moderately pricey and worth every penny. The staff are personable, not pushy and respectful of one’s budget . I bought 5 pieces from them on my first visit( I have daughters) and returned a few days later with myself in mind. Classic, contemporary and playful - all timeless jewelry .

I am eternally grateful to Sachs! They repaired a family heirloom Cape Cod bracelet that had broken in half. Although it was a difficult repair, the staff was kind and considerate explaining options to me and even helped create a back-up plan if things didn't work out - but their expert repair prevailed! Wonderful experience overall. Thank you, Sachs for helping me preserve these memories!

An excellent community jeweler!! I have had very positive experiences with them while designing my engagement ring. They created a custom design I wanted that turned out perfect. Rosemarie was extremely patient and worked with me without feeling rushed or pressured at all. I really felt that she prioritized my happiness and satisfaction and was not at all pushy or just trying to make a sale. Will definitely be back!

Just a spectacular experience! I have had service there before but this time they helped me order a watchstrap for a luxury watch. They arranged the order and service. Unfortunately we discovered that the strap was defective. Without any further charges or discussion, they immediately ordered a new strap, and affixed it to the watch. They are professional, kind and knowledgeable. Absolutely no complaints would use their services without reservation

I've been going to Sach's for many years now, and they're simply amazing. I've been lucky enough to have their jewelry given to me as gifts, and have consistently used their repair team. They have fixed my most favorite pieces and recreated or repaired jewelry that i inherited. I fully trust them and I appreciate all of their kindness.
