Cheaper than whole foods and had many unique items. We enjoyed the honey chocolates and peach/ blueberry water that is hard to find at most places. Visiting from Annapolis.

Looked everywhere for magnesium flakes ..just the raw flakes .I know Amazon sells them but I like to support our stores ..this place has everything I always need .if you're visiting chestertown you have got to go and take a look .Now to my surprise they now have a freezer section too! Just the best quality of organic fruit , vegetable.. supplements,and much more .

I used to love this store. Now, the hours are horrible. They are ALWAYS out of milk, yogurt, most items I go in for. They either have NO milk, or milk marked down because it is ready to go out of date in a few days. Makes no sense. Initially, they had fantastic staff that were the poster people for "health food". No longer. Quick turnover of staff. Unfortunately, a lovely, much needed store will probably close due to what has to be poor management. I live in Rock Hall and discovered Cross Street food in Galena to be well stocked and friendly with decent hours.

Update 2022. There are only a handful of items that I usually get here, but over the years the list is growing. They do have a good selection of loose tea. With the addition of their customer loyalty program (log your phone number at checkout) there is another incentive for a visit that wasn’t present years ago.

I come to this store because it's friendly , affordable and has lots of different options to keep healthy and organic.what a little Gem .Thanks to the wonderful staff,we need to keep these stores in use and open ,A rare gem in a beautiful town.

Love their produce--fresh, organic, and local when available. Trish, Jim, and their staff are extremely helpful if you are looking health-related information. You won't find this depth of knowledge about nutrition at any Whole Foods. This independent store is a treasure of the Eastern shore.

THis place is outstanding. I moved here from Vermont, where every other village has a health food store or co-op. The best part about this place are the owners who know what they a providing and can give in depth consultations regarding food and supplements. They do not prescribe but they do educate. The staff is helpful and the selection is large. .
