Great experience both times I visited the store looking for my wedding tux. I had the opportunity to work with Linda and Sasha on 2 different occasions and I was very happy with the service both times. They took the time to show me the different styles sold and didn’t rush me out the store. Thank you to both associates! Will definitely be back for more apparel!

Had a great experience with Dylan and the rest of the crew at Jos A. Bank today. I had to find something last minute for a wedding and Dylan was extremely helpful, professional and provided great suggestions. They also were able to do some tailoring to my suit the very same day. Decent selection with solid quality highly recommend.

Linda was amazing! We needed a suit for a wedding and she found a beautiful blue wool suit as well as a nice shirt and tie. She is so pleasant to work with and so knowledgeable!

I always have a great experience when I visit Jos A Bank. Linda in the Frederick, MD store took great care of me. So friendly and warm and very knowledgeable. I fly on Business in the next few days. Linda helped me find a formal suit, a sports jacket with several shirts and ties to match. They will also tailor some adjustments and have it ready for me day before I fly. All of the above took only 30mins. Also great value for money!! Thank you 😊

The two women who helped me size my custom suit and get the final alterations done were nothing short of incredible! I needed a custom suit for a wedding and I was walked through every option available and explained what things were. Each time I came back the immediately recognized me and were very friendly and made me feel great. I highly recommend! I'll update the post with pics from the wedding I bought it to attend 😎

Big thank you to Dillon for helping me out in a last minute pinch getting tesdy for a black tie event. Jumped up when I arrived. Took fast measurements, pulled merch options and got me set. Stayed after his shift to complete the transaction and let me know if I need anything further that he’s on duty at 11 am on Sunday! Very impressed with the energy and enthusiasm I received.
