The gym is small and cramped but should have everything you need. However, there's really only one type of machine so if someone is hogging a machine for over 30min you just have to wait. People here also don't wipe the equipment (gross) and when u tell the front desk staff about it they just roll their eyes and say "I know". They could try putting a sign up. Just wipe your own equipment down really good and you should be fine.

The indoor pool water is warm. The staff are friendly, and the general atmosphere is relaxing. The spacious hot tub is my favorite, of course, after working out in the pool. I love this place, would highly recommend!

On August 3, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, we called the Greenbelt Aquatic & Fitness Center to confirm the pool hours and pricing. As has been the case during many of our visits, we were met with the same two Caucasian women who regularly work at the front desk. Unfortunately, their behavior continues to be shockingly rude and unprofessional. Today was the final straw. During the call, the staff member raised her voice and hung up mid-question. When I called back to request her name, she curtly stated it was “Vicky/Cynthia whatever your name is,” which we strongly believe is false. Regardless, we know exactly who she is, and her consistent behavior over the years is deeply concerning. (Screaming at everyone, overly aggressive and comes off as racist) What’s even more troubling is the growing number of public complaints and negative reviews from other residents who have had similar encounters—many citing discriminatory and aggressive behavior. Yet, it appears the City of Greenbelt and the facility management have taken no meaningful action. At this point, it begins to feel like this conduct is being tolerated—or worse, supported. We have been long-time residents of Greenbelt and take great pride in this community. This level of disrespect and mistreatment, particularly from a city-run facility, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the city as a whole. The manager and front desk staff in question clearly lack the professionalism and temperament required for public-facing roles, especially in a diverse and family-oriented community like ours. We respectfully demand a formal response regarding this issue and a genuine effort to address the ongoing pattern of misconduct. Accountability is long overdue

I honestly do not recommend this pool to families who want to have fun , first the employees are rude , clearly not trained to have good customer service . Nothing I hate more than being treated poorly for no reason . The employees need to be trained better maybe management too. There is to many rules just be at a THAT pool , what made me never want to come here again was basically how I was treated and how incompetent everyone was , the establishment was dirty , poor service and not welcoming . I do not recommend this pool .

The regular pool that I go to was closed for maintenance. Much to my surprise this indoor pool was also closed for maintenance. There is an outdoor pool if you don't mind swimming in the cooler weather. The place looked clean.
