While Freddy was a nice guy, I’m not completely satisfied with the outcome of the cleaning. It seems the clean areas look great, but the areas that were dirty, didn’t come very clean. These areas are high traffic areas. I thought maybe the edges would be cleaned, but they are still dirty. I waited to send this today after things had dried a bit. I had two small rooms to be cleaned with only working around the furniture. I thought $179 was high for the service. I did tip Freddy cash. Our technician (Freddie) arrived right on time and did a great job. We briefly discussed what we needed and what products/services he thought would be appropriate. He was professional, friendly, and left our carpet and sofa looking and smelling great.

This experience was great! I included before and after pictures of the carpet under my chair. I didn't think there was any way the black was going to come out. My upstairs looks like brand new carpet again! The main floor is still drying but is looking better and better. My husbands 'spot' (where he sits on the floor ALL the time) is almost completely gone!!! Job well done!!!!!

The communication process is seamless. However for the price we paid $490, I was disappointed. We had our sectional cleaned and there are still a few stains. Hallway carpet was also cleaned and it too still has some small spots. Overall clean-er but I really hoped all stains would be gone.

The team was very friendly, professional and did a great job! I just bought a newly rehabbed house built in 1892. There was construction debris in the vents and it also looked like they had never been cleaned before. I have asthma and allergies so it is important to me to have clean air in the house. I could tell the difference in the air as soon as they were done! I should also note they handled it well when it was hard to find a place to park their truck and get access to the basement to run their equipment. Would highly recommend!

Mark and Ben, our service technicians, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When I look in our vents, they look super clean. I appreciate that Mark took the time to explain to me how much actual buildup was in our ducts, and his instructions on filter changes. The air in our house already feels more clean. I also very much liked the service from the administrator, Victoria, to schedule the cleaning.

Great experience with this company, from scheduling to service. I loved being able to text to get a quote and set up the service. The techs called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, did a wonderful and fast job (40 mins for two large rooms), and were extremely professional and kind. They took care of soot stains left on our carpet from another company with no issues or up charges. I also love that it’s safe to walk on right after cleaning for my toddler and dog. Highly recommend!

Jason was fantastic. Both Jason and his partner were very professional and conscientious. Jason worked with us on question for the next cleaning project later this summer. The stairs look great, as well as our living room furniture. I am very pleased.

This was a TOTAL waste of money. I contacted them to have the cushions for my outdoor furniture that I’ve had less than a year cleaned. The first time a technician came, he tried to charge me $25 per cushion when I was quoted $10 per cushion. He also said if I let him do it under his own business that he is trying to get started he’d come back later and do it for the $10 per cushion. I reported this technician, they apologized, and someone was supposed to come the next week. No one showed up. After yet another apology, today’s technician came and cleaned 40 cushions in less than an hour and they look exactly the same as the looked when he came with only a few of them being damp. They were NOT cleaned AT ALL. He merely put some water in a few of them. No chemical smell what-so-ever because none were used. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Tez was excellent! He was personable experienced, and honest. He had great communication and even arrived early. The service was fast and looked and smelled amazing. Tez was even training someone who he allowed to close the cleaning session. I highly recommend Zerorez, especially Tez!!!

Our cleaner was very professional and great. The service was just so expensive and most of the stains we had are still there. I would not use if you have some heavy duty cleaning. Good for very minimal cleans.

Cortez and Shawn did a great job and kept us informed every step of the way for the duct cleaning. Then Jason and Jamal came to do the carpet. They were very friendly and did a great job. My area rugs looked brand new. I will definitely refer ZeroRez. Thank you
