I was verbally assaulted by an employee after she told me to my fully certified seizer alert service dog had to be removed from store. When I said that it is illegal to refuse me service based on my disability. So if you are disabled or have medical equipment that is required for your survival DO NOT go to this store!

Baskin Robbin’s always has a bright and clean environment, we love the owners and that they are family oriented. We are so glad to have a place to enjoy the best chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream!

After I took 2 pictures of display cases of ice cream an my dish of ice cream located at 111 south 24th St West. Sat in parking lot an ate my dish of ice cream . Police knocked on my window an said I was trespassing cause I took pictures. I showed officer my pictures . He then asked for my I.D. . So I am not to come back for a year. So very disappointed in there customer service. I even tipped the the worker 25% . An told her to have a nice night an thank you. How can I be trespassing sitting in parking lot eating ice cream that I jus bought from them? I called corporate they were very nice saying so sorry for your experience. They called owner he chose not to call me back stating trespass order stands. Not sure what I did to get that sort of treatment. I've called lawyers to see what kinda recourse I can get.

Im normally a repeat customer. This time, i took 3 pictures while inside. 2 of which were of ice cream display cases. And 1 of my dish of ice cream on my way out. Went back a day later. This visit i never i never took pictures while inside. Got my dish of ice cream . Went outside backed up across the parking lot. Continued to eat looking down at my phone while eating. The next thing i knew police knocked on my window. Stating i came 2 nights in a row taking pictures and that im trespassing. I showed officer the picture of sign above main entrance door. I asked, "Is this what you're talking about? Wanted my I.D. said im not aloud on premises for a year. After that, i left the parking lot. It was very disappointing to have that done to me. !! I'm not sure what their problem was that night. I even tipped 25% and told the waiter to have a nice night. Been goin to that place place for over 20 years. Im sure owners have changed since then . Called lawyers about the trespass ordeal.

Busy little place on a Friday night, but that did not phase the three employees behind the counter. They were up for the challenge when a couple of groups all showed up at the same time. The service was great, polite, and with a smile. We are Baskin-Robbin first timers and amazed at the flavors and options - what a great treat!!!

The children that work there argued over how and what my kids were ordering. It made the whole visit awkward as we sat and listened to them bicker and talk bad about each other. It also made my kids feel bad for trying to order ice cream.

I really just wanted some ice cream after work. I showed up right at 9:50, with ten minutes left until close I figured I could get a scoop of something. The girls working had the door locked. When I approached all I got was a head shake from one of the employees. I was just disappointed.
