I booked a reservation expecting a typical escape room, but this experience was so different and so much fun! It involved multiple engaging activities, and unlike traditional escape rooms, there’s no risk of “not escaping,” so you can fully enjoy the adventure. I did the tomb experience with one other person, and we managed to complete it without any hints. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their other experiences.

Extremely nice staff and easy to get along with. Excellent customer service skills and you can tell the staff in joys being thier.!! Great place to go for people of any age!! Definitely recommend if your looking for something fun to do!!

Love it. Highly recommend- similar to escape rooms, but the instructions are narrated like a video game... and you're getting to the "big boss" level to win. We would explore the other locations if they had more experiences. We'll pop in if we cross paths with the remaining Espionage experience.

A fun adventure! The Staff was excellent! Puzzles are challenging and fun! You must keep your wits about you and think outside the box. We did the castle and will be back to do the other adventures. Update - we completed all three adventures! So much fun!! The space adventure is definitely the most challenging!

I really enjoyed my 1st time playing through all 3 courses at 5 Wits here! The employees like Brendan & the other 2 people really made quite the effort to role play into the adventures & make them feel more fun. The price was definitely more than I expected though. Not something I could afford frequently but as one off purchase it was really fun! Definitely worth recommending!

I went with my kids and their friends twice now (ages 9-12) and they had a great time. It was a little hard for them, but the clues got increasingly easier and made the experience accessible and still fun.

My sisters and i had the BEST time!! We went in thinking it would be a typical escape room and it was so much more! We started out doing the Castle one and enjoyed it so much we also did the alien one! We are already planning our next trip to go to the Tomb one!! The whole staff was so helpful- special shout out to Charlie and Brendan for providing so amazing service!

Staff really make the experience great. I've been in all 3 escape rooms, the Castle, Deep Space, and the Tomb. All 3 included fun challenges to do. At the end, staff gives you your time and tells you how you ranked. They also take your picture. It's a fun way to spend some time.

This attraction looked interesting. The staff were excellent and did a nice job staying in character. The actual attraction was boring and lacked cohesiveness. The storyline was weak and the tech was disappointing. If the cost was, for example, $10 per person, my review would be less harsh. But for $32 per person with no other customers (I mention the latter because they advertise demand pricing) our expectations were much, much higher.

A great time for all age groups! Crossgates staff was great!… Helpful, professional, and enthusiastic. If you have more than one child, it’s a bit on the expensive side for what it is at around $30/person but still glad I tried it out.
