I'm traveling on vacation in Frankfurt from the US, and my phone had charging problems which was a really big issue when you travel to a foreign country where not everyone in the country can speak your language, because you heavily rely on your phone for everything. Changing my phone is not convenient so I looked for a phone repair shop in the area with good reviews and found this one. I was impressed with how the inside looked like a lab, with a digital microscope and everything. Definitely not what I'm used to in the US for a shop that fixes phones. Although to be fair this shop fixes laptops too. The owner looked at my phone with his specialied glasses and used some specialized cleaning tools to clear some stuck debris and polish the contact points, and in a few minutes my phone was charging with turbopower like it did when it was new! And he didn't even charge me for it! So kind! I then tried buying a phone glass cover since I didn't feel right about just getting the service for free. But he even gave me that for free! He said welcome to Germany! This shop is really awesome! Thank you SOS!

I had traveled from the Netherlands to Germany, and while in Germany, my phone turned off and I faced a lot of problems. I visited several stores, but they couldn’t fix the issue. Eventually, I came here, and they were able to repair my phone without deleting any of my data.

Coolest guys I met! A few days ago I went there with my pc motherboard that had a bent screw stuck. These guys helped me out free of charge, definitely knowledgeable guys that I 100% recommend.

The Best Electronics Repair Shop! I accidentally crushed my iPad while traveling and will probably need to spend a lot of money to replace it with a new iPad screen. But fortunately, they quickly found out that the motherboard of the ipad was crushed, causing a short circuit. Paid less but got the ipad repaired quickly. They fix it fast and speak good English, they are kind! Sincerely recommend everyone to go to them to repair electronic products!

Strongly recommend it specially to foreigners, i took my lap after others have told me it's' unfixable but they fixed it for me for an amazing price, they went the extra mile for it, they even made new windows for me in French without even asking, the stuff were so friendly every thing was just perfect
