I always have a great experience here. The employees are friendly and efficient, and the clothes are styling and for the most part reasonably priced, until you get to some of the hoodies and sweats and stuff. Those are a little ridiculous. But other than that, fantastic visit every time.

What store doesn’t do in store credit ? This store! Two brand new pairs of jeans with the tags on and they wouldn’t allow store credit. They stated since they couldn’t find our email or phone linked to this sale, “it won’t allow it.” Yeah ok. So these jeans that were too big are just going to waste at Plato’s Closet.

The sizes hear run small. I know that is a brand for teens but some things are true to size while others are not. I have found the jeans and shorts to be smaller, along with the dresses. I'm usually an xs but at Hollister I'm a small and sometimes a medium in certain things

Wow that was the worst treatment I have ever gotten from a clothing store I went to try on a pair of jeans and a lady came pounding on my door asking if I needed anything else I said no she pounded again and said here I take these back for you and took the jeans I was going to buy! So rude I won’t be coming back

I was a frequent customer of this store. until one day I went and they didn't have jeans of my size the cashier told me that she could order it by online and that she would arrive at My house! I waited 3 weeks and I never spoke and they told me to speak to the customer service because they couldn't find my order, call the customer service and they told me that my order was not made that was stamped as a shop purchase. when it wasn't like that !! I never got the product and my money was not returned, I was scammed by a girl who did not know how to do her job

My husband and I walked into your store with two pairs of jeans. Brand new. Tags still on them. Matthew doesn't say Hello. Nothing. We finally say, we need to return these. The cashier next to him started entering in my phone number. While hes doing that. Matthew automatically assumed I didnt have a receipt and tells me he cant do a return without proof of purchase. My information finally gets pulled up and my proof of purchase with it. Matthew then grabs the jeans...eventho it was the other guy initiating the return and says loud enough for the entire store to hear that the pants had an odor. And that the texture felt off like that had been washed. Eventhough tags have clearly not been disturbed. Im assuming he was smelling the fact that the jeans have been in my car since I purchased them a few weeks ago. I live an hour away from every hollister store. It took me a while to find the time to take the day off to even do the return. Each pair cost 59.99. And he tells me that they have an odor and cant be returned. So be careful guys. Dont leave your stuff in your vehicle. Because they wont return it if it doesn't smell like their store apparently. He was so rude and made me cry. Ruined my entire day. Im humiliated and still cant believe it happened. Im not sure who he thinks he is...or if he thinks hes better then me. Idk...but ill NEVER shop at another Hollister store if these are the employees yall have.
