As a first time customer, I am blown away by their customer service! I ordered flowers online and received the wrong color ones once delivered. I called and made them aware of this and Terri was amazing at handling the issue and responded to me rather quickly! Nonetheless, the flowers were still absolutely beautiful! I have definitely became a life time customer!!

The team is amazing!! I went in with a very basic idea of what I wanted, but I know nothing about flowers and I’m also color blind. They asked a few questions and quickly designed an arrangement based on preferences and my budget. It turned out great and my wife loves it!

I have been using Bird's Nest for a few years now. I don't live in state and my mom can be difficult to get a gift for but I can always count on them to come through. She LOVES getting arrangements from them and looks forward to every occasion that can receive them. She always brags to her friends and our family, shares pictures of them on Facebook and sends me texts about how they're looking (even two weeks after they've been delivered). I know when I click "purchase order" that the arrangement I purchased will be the best quality and beautiful, freshest flowers AND they are always prompt and courteous with the delivery. It is such a breath of fresh air knowing I have peace of mind when I order from them and I just wanted to post my adulation on here so others will know how wonderful they are.

First time I ordered from Birds Nest and I am thrilled to have used them. Listened to me when I considered what I was looking for, checked stock and was short on the number of roses but made it all come together in 1 day and the cherry on top was the on time delivery. The Birds Nest is the best place in all of Charleston for all your last minute flower needs. I needed to order flowers today for a birthday gift and they came through for me.
