Great company to go business with. They replaced my HVAC units and balanced the airflow throughout the house, eliminating hotspots. The temperature in our upstairs is consistent even in our bonus room. The best thing is they do what the day they will do. They provide excellent communications through out the whole process. We had to get a new HVAC system and we chose right with Parker heating and air. Price wise they were in the middle of some other quotes we received, but the value they brought was huge! They provided a unique solution that other companies didn’t and I really felt that they considered what is best for my family and the long term ability to maintain the unit, not just trying to sell a budget system. Something else that we appreciated was the personal touch that Danny brought. My kids still talk about when they’re going to see him again. He provided an amazing customer experience that will not be forgotten, one that is rare these days. We will definitely call them for any future needs as well as recommend them to others at any opportunity.
