The nicest one I’ve been too. Stopped on a trip and didn’t want normal fast food. Sandwich was great, service was even better. So nice!

Three of us ate birthday lunch and had really good meals! We ordered the peach cheesecake and carrot cake. Both were delicious especially the peach cheesecake. The staff was friendly, courteous, efficient, and helpful. This was the first time our guest had eaten at McAlisters and said she would be back. We are regular customers because it’s clean, friendly, and really good food every time.

I ordered food to go on my lunch break and there were a ton of black hairs in my sandwich..One picture shows the hairs sticking out of the melted cheese and bread. I called and they had me email the pictures of the sandwich. I called back to ask if they received the pictures and the manager said “I did. *awkward pause* Was that all you needed?” I just found this rude and dismissive. I never got an apology. I was offered a refund and a gift card which I declined because I do not wish to eat here again.

We think that this McAlister’s Deli is the best casual restaurant in Bristol, VA. The staff is professional and friendly; always checking on you! We don’t always get names but a few of the staff including the Manager Travis, Angie, Melanie, Luke and Jody are some of our favorites. This McAlister’s sets an example for how patrons should be treated. We love the spicy turkey melt which 2 can share the larger size, spicy southwest chicken, savannah chopped salad, big filled baked potatoes and the fruit is fresh and flavor-able. And we love the big sized tea that you get free refills.

Five Star rating all around! Service was top notch. I went with the New Yorker and a Spud covered with chili & cheese... They did not disappoint, very delicious. Staff came around and checked on everyone in the dining area, which I thought was an added bonus. The establishment was very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend them.

Atmosphere was great. Felt like a real up scaled restaurant. Got the spicy turkey. Not spicy whatsoever, bread was soggy, staff were too wrapped up in their own conversations to take orders from another customer. Also, it should probably clarify that the turkey doesn't come sliced on the bread, but it's a meat mash of gooey bullshit. $20 down the drain. Don't eat here.

I recently had the pleasure eating at McAlister’s Deli. I must say they exceeded my expectations for their salad. Their staff is customer service focused. Kudos to the team for such a great job.

Same 'ol menu, sandwiches are hit & miss, but they do big taters really well. Would love to see more flavor varieties, ie: taco. In terms of price .. it's a splurge.
