We have shopped here for years. Closing manager cussed and chewed us out for needing a product retrieved from the back. He was unbelievably inappropriate in from of my kids. Product that was on sale and locked up repeatedly rang up full price. Unfortunately, the manager did not want anything to do with helping, and when asked if he was the manager lied and said he wasn't. After yelling at us for needing help he finally admitted he was the manager.

Jackie was super helpful with my print order and helping me to find the rest of the supplies I needed in the store. Pleasant and fast experience; thanks!

Came here with the expectation of buying a desk. Only to find out when I got here it was the display model listed on the website as the one for sale. Maybe you should let people know before wasting their time that the 1 item listed on the website is a display model only. Thanks for the time waster. For being a multi million dollar corporation it shouldn’t be too hard to update your website. It’s also too bad we can’t charge you for time wasted because of your own incompetence within your corporation. I feel good knowing I will tell everyone not to shop here and to shop small business instead of these large corporations that care nothing about their customers or customer service for that matter. It was small business that built America not greedy corporations.

I had to pay my ASSISTED LIVING $5 just to be driven to the ONLY place in KERRVILLE TX that could both print a FedEx label and served as a FedEx drop off location. I sent the email with the Label I required. Chris, an AMAZING employee there, had my label ALREADY PRINTED, and took the time to cut out the label and apply it with his packaging tape! I asked what I owed him, and to my GREAT JOY, he said NOTHING! I thanked him so much! I was SOOOOOO grateful for his excellent help to get my package ON THE WAY!! THANK YOU OFFICE MAX, and, MOSTLY CHRIS!

Terrible Customer Service. I had my daughter go into office max to make prints of copies since my printer was down . It was about 630 or so and immediately she was approached by an older woman who was an employee and was immediately told that they were closing soon and she would have to leave soon. She did not greet her or ask her if she needed help, she immediately let my daughter know she wasn’t welcome because they were about to close. Last time I checked 7:00pm is 7:00pm. Closing is not 6:45. My daughter felt uncomfortable and was unable to print the important documents I needed because she was rushed out because the employees would have rather clocked out early than actually do the job they were paid for. Unprofessional, unacceptable, and outright unfair. Is this how you do buisness in Kerrville? I can get better service at the DMV.

My printer stop working. Went to Walmart but they had no reasonably priced printers and none on sale. So went to Office Depot. Was greeted by a clerk who called a sales person over to assist me. I told the assistant I was looking for a reasonably priced printer for personnel use. We went to the printer section. She pointed out a good printer, on sale, came with some paper and ink. We went to the check out. I was offered another discount by joining the club. Was in and out in about thirty minutes. Am very happy with the transaction and the folks assistance. Would recommend Office Depot for what ever your needs and be sure to join the club!

My mother in law is elderly and needed copies made for a volunteer group. The print manager printed the copies but didn't tell her how much the total would be. It ended out being over $200. She's on a fixed income and can't afford that. When my wife went to pick the copies up, she got yelled and cussed at by the print manager. She tried to report it to another employee but that employee said "Unfortunately that's my boss". We take responsibility for the misunderstanding but the print manager should be held accountable for yelling and cursing my wife in front of everyone at the store.

I have to agree with Stacy Cook’s review. My experience with the lady and man in the printing department was extremely disappointing. I asked simple questions about printing paper, but instead of receiving helpful guidance, I was met with short, vague, and disengaged responses. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was disheartening, and it’s troubling that they are representing Office Max in Kerrville.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. The man and lady in the printing department are absolutely disgusting and rude. They were very condescending and I spent over $574.56!
