Sunglass Hut

This place is a joke. First, I walk in and Matty was on her phone - did not speak nor was she very engaging with the other customers in the store. After about 10 minutes, I asked whether the glasses I was trying on were the only promo glasses. She looked up from her phone to say yes. I tried on multiple pair over the next 10-15 minutes then asked for a price check. Explained I had a pair of Celine glasses that were being repaired and was looking for a reasonable pair until then. She proceeds to say most all the glasses had about $100 price point…and then refers me to Bucee’s for less expense pair. WOW!!! No offense to those who wear convenient store glasses and $100 is of course in my range considering I have eye condition that require I wear quality glasses (shades and prescription), I politely put the glasses down and walked out. I stuck my head back in to ask her name because I was blown away at her flippant response. I would never spend a dime in that store and especially with Matty!

Checked online to hours open. Clearly states 8pm. Get to the store at 7:10 and the employee could clearly see us and we were asking her r that all we needed was to refill our glass cleaner. She wouldn’t even get off her chair to come to the door. She was waving us to go on. Didn’t even get up to come to the door and say our hours have changed. Which clearly hasn’t been updated on the store front. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location. Man spend a little more time to find people with some customer service skills or people skills. Never returning to this store and will tell everyone I know not to go here. Poor poor poor. Service.

Bought the most boujee pair of Sunglass at the Terrell Sunglass Hut for 50% off price and I LOVE THEM! Charlotte and her team are the best at helping their customers pick out the best glasses based off what style the customer is looking for. And I love how attentive they are to customers

I was in today to make a purchase and had a women help me. She was great, she was going to offer me a discount for the same glasses I showed her online qith a different price. Her machine messed up and when Sherry came to help she immediately pointed out about the price and made a big issue of it. Note her employee was willing to do it since it was a discount not even a price match. Sherry started to get personal and said she liked to keep food on her table which I felt was disrespectful and irrelevant. Stay away from Sherry, she is rude and gets ugly with customers. Even after the machine charged my card she didnt want to help me for the inconvenience. I'm sure if I wasnt Hispanic she would have been more helpful to me! Worst experience ever! If I could give them a zero I would!!!

I bought 2 pair of sunglasses from Sunglass hut at the Terrell Tanger Outlets and was very pleased with the cashier, Sherrie 724434, she was very helpful and patient with me while trying on almost every pair of glasses in the store or so it seemed like every pair. will definetly go back when i need another pair.

They must know the people leaving high reviews, 2nd visit and they were just as rude as the first. No greeting, no interaction whatsoever. Just go to academy. If you want good sunglasses in Terrell, Tx.

Love the gals working there! Taken excellent care of me any time I've been in, whether I'm browsing or buying. Only place I buy glasses because of such good service.

My BF and I were just there after driving from GBC to get my lens and it's not open. We looked it up before we made the drive. That's absolutely ridiculous!!
