Gorgeous park! There are multiple trails that wrap around absolutely stunning views. The wildflowers are beautiful. Unfortunately, the dense foliage harbors swarms of mosquitoes. Many of the trails are very narrow and required trimming of raspberry bushes for safe passage.

In my opinion, one of the more underrated parks in Dane county and surrounding Sauk. There is a playground for kids, shelters for picnics, restrooms, parking and a cool Scenic Overlook. Definitely stop by and visit if you have a chance, it's righy off of the highway so very easy to ignore.

What a beautiful park. Simple trails with some big elevation changes. Lots of scenic overviews and many spots to have a fire and enjoy the area. Places for kids to play as well. Loved it!

I came here to see if this park would work to do a couple miles with my dog, and we were not disappointed!! This was so much fun. Basic paths through the woods, watching squirrels and enjoying the shade on a hot day. Perfect.

Such a cool park with an awesome overlook area. Once you’re here you don’t feel like Madison is just down the road.

Beautiful overlook and walking trails! The grounds are covered in well kept natives, and I was happy to see a ton of native wildlife.
