Lee Trace Apartments

The management office and maintenance have continuously worked hard since I’ve been here. They are pro-active and have address ANY and all of my concerns. They respect your unit and privacy by always providing notification of any anticipated work. I’m thankful for them as they continue to work hard everyday to keep the residents of Lee Trace not only safe but also happy.

Definitely not worth the money that they charge people. There’s a constant issue with ants getting into the apartments and have to spray year round even with their “pest control maintenance”……if you work night shift or like to sleep in, not the place for you as they will have landscapers outside your bedroom window with a leaf blower at 7:30 am. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything neighbors were saying and could hear every time they shut their kitchen cabinets or flushed their toilet. I could understand charging someone $1,500 for a two bedroom apartment if they were brand new and the quality was exceptional but that is definitely not the case here. These apartments are at least ten years old and the quality is not worth the price. The residents here are being ripped off.

Have lived here for 15 years. The complex is very nice but no updates are ever made to the units. There has been no updates to the carpet, the paint, appliances and the bathroom since I have lived here all this time! This is unacceptable. This is the reason for one star. According to an AI search it stated the following: While there's no legal requirement for landlords to provide upgrades to long-term residents, it's not uncommon for them to do so, especially when it benefits their business. Apparently, it is not important for Lee Trace to take care of long-term residents which is extremely wrong. Also, the people allowed to move in have changed. Police never came into our community but it is common now!!!

The worst apartment manager I've ever encountered is Rachael from Lee Trace Apartment. We moved two months ago, and our apartment had a very strong odor in one of the rooms, likely from the previous tenant who had a dog. The smell still persist and we are paying same amount for both bedrooms despite we are only using one of them..When Rachael came to inspect, she lied about not smelling anything, while it was a clear smell. Very poor management. Also when we move here whole apt was not cleaned. They are even claiming their old faulty dishwasher to be new and fine when clearly the fan was broken at the beginning of our move, and not cleaning properly. There is a leakage for more than 2 weeks in under our sink in pipe and garbage disposal after they came for dishwasher maintenance and now she is saying, potato peel made that giant hole in garbage disposal which was from yesterday Does this make big leak in water pipe? She doesn’t even try to listen what’s the main problem is.. They have Very old faulty utilities which they don’t want to take responsibilities for…This apartment is a nightmare.

The process was seamless. Rachel was wonderful to work with and the apartment fits our needs perfectly.

The staff at Lee Trace Apartments is very nice and professional. The total experience from signing a lease to moving in was very seamless. The staff is very concerned with the overall experience.

Dirtiest apartment building ever! Smelly dog urine in our second bedroom! Lee trace deserves -5 stars. We are living in a very unhealthy, smelly situation for over a month now. First, the whole apartment building is covered with bird nest, piles of bird poop, and spider webs, and pee smell in the stairs, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for many years. I had cleaned up all the spider webs, and dust as much as I could from top floor to bottom of my building in the same night of moving. Second, they forgot to clean the kitchen cabinets and the doors which was clearly dirty, and multiple maintenance requirement when we moved, clear failure of inspection before moving. Now, most important, we haven’t been able to use our second bedroom yet. It still smells like pee, very strong dog pee. Again, they failed to inspect this apartment before we move in, otherwise they would see the big giant urine stains in the floor before carpet installation. Now they don’t care if the problem has resolved or not. What they did after complaining, they came for Maintainance stuff, cleaned the dirty parts which they missed, changed Broken windows and blinds, colored the smelly floor and changed the carpet once after moving in. So I am not posting other many pictures for taking action in those. However, they put the primer without even cleaning the floor, only removed dust out. It was still smelling even after primer was added, so I had emailed them late night before carpet installation saying it’s been so many hours, it’s still smelling so let’s not rush, let’s clean it deeply and wait for new carpet change but they didn’t listen to me, they said they had already put all the primers and that’s their protocol, and changed it anyway. Despite all this, we hoped for the smell to go away. After waiting for a week, when it finally started smelling less, I tried to set up a table, and a mattress but again next day, it smelled exactly same despite all ventilation, multiple fans inside the room, and AC on. The mattress was smelling, and had to through my cover which I had put underneath the mattress for protection, which was also smelling so bad. Now, after this again it started smelling exactly same in this room. This room is total unusable, and it smells super bad even though all the open ventilation 24 hours. It smells worse right from the main door if we leave it close and go somewhere even for few hours. We called the management after we smelled horrible few weeks back but they were rude and said, “I DON’T SMELL ANYTHING”. Now they are making us sound crazy saying this. It’s not only us who can smell this urine, it’s all my extended family members, and also neighbors from same building, who agree that it smells like Urine. At this point, they have offered us to move out without any lease break charge we just moved from out of state and it was so much costly, will you give us moving cost? and what about all those stress for this whole month? Who will be responsible for this? Who is gonna find a new apartment right away? Now, they think they are done with their part after one failed attempt. They don’t care if the problem has resolved or not, they don’t care if we haven’t used our 2nd bedroom yet, they don’t care if the smell has gone or not, they don’t care if we are in unhealthy smelly room and it’s bothering us.

Nice and clean apartments. Very spacious with a pretty large living area, dining, and kitchen. One problem, there is a heat pump outside needing repair. As it starts up, it shakes both bedrooms
